Ideally located in a Quiet 18 unit mid-century building, just blocks to Balboa Park, Downtown & Hillcrest! Our condo was completely remodeled down to a shell in 2002 and has been our primary residence until Summer 2010. The location offers a park-like feel, while the interior appointments provide an ambiance of elegance, sophistication & comfort. The Gourmet Kitchen features cherry cabinetry, slab granite counters, top of the line stainless appliances & four barstools at the counter for casual dining.
The kitchen is open to both the living & dining areas, all of which feature designer lighting & plantation shutters. Italian stone flooring flows from the entry into the kitchen & bath areas. Upscale carpeting is throughout the living, dining, and bedroom areas. The living room features a comfortable sectional sofa & flat screen TV. The dining area has a wood/glass table with leather chairs.
The master bedroom features a top of the line Comfortaire mattress (KING). Then, two nightstands, Dresser & 42' LED wall mounted TV. Luxury abounds in the master bath, with dual vanities, tumbled stone walls, an incredible shower with rain showerhead, and spacious walk-in closet. The secondary bath is equally luxurious, however with a single vanity, tub/shower, and closet with stacked full size front loading washer & dryer. The second bedroom is currently setup as a bedroom with a queen bed, two night stands and a desk.
The building features a common area rooftop patio with PANORAMIC views of San Diego Bay, Downtown, Balboa Park & the Sea World fireworks. A BBQ is available for residents' use. We also have 1 parking space in the underground, secured garage.
This is the ideal accommodation for anyone seeking a quiet, impeccably maintained environment that is close to all that San Diego has to offer! We also welcome a pet on a individually approved basis.
