We will grocery shop before your arrival, pick up discounted lift tickets and allow you to send your ski/boards ahead of time. Ask others if they have Air Conditioning before renting in the Summer. It gets hot! Built in 2002, this mountain view 2nd floor unit features almost 800 square feet of living space. A sunny private deck includes patio furniture and a gas grill. The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet and cable TV.

Crestview is a secure building with assigned indoor parking. Be at any of the 7 world class ski resorts in minutes with a car or take the free shuttle. Outlet shopping and restaurants are right down the street.

Why Stuart Miller chose Park City area

We chose Crestview for several reasons. The enchanting view of the mountains and the Olympic ski run and an unobstructed view of the trees changing color in the fall and in the spring, wild flowers blooming on the hillsides and finally, when it is really cold, we are cozy inside... to name just a few. Our view (spectacular) also lets us watch the enormous cloud formations and a rainbow so intense I felt I could reach out and touch it on the last visit. We also love cooking on the gas grill and choosing a movie from our video library. Our kitchen is fully supplied so we can either have a casual 'paper plate dinner' or 'set the table', whichever strikes our fancy.

What makes this condo unique

We live in a really big city (Los Angeles) so we get our fill of crowds and traffic. Crestview is very easy to get to.... freeway close when we need to go down the hill or want to go to some of the other amazing sights and activities in this part of Utah. Our parking is just the best... we have more ample and easy to use parking than folks in town have and when friends come over, they don't have to park blocks away. Having our indoor heated parking space is a huge plus as well as additional covered parking when it is cold! Don't get us wrong, we LOVE going into Park City but when we are finished, it is eeeeasy to come home.

Also, we love the quiet of being on the edge of the mountain at Crestview. We love the choice of going to town and enjoying the wonders that Park City proper has to offer or being able to walk and hike the paths around the grounds or swim or play tennis or go to the gym or just read a book on the porch at Crestview. On the other hand, whether grocery shopping or looking for a good meal or a fast meal or a Starbucks cup of coffee?..... they are minutes away at Kimball Junction where we are located! Also, banks, a movie theatre and and interesting boutiques are really close. The outlet mall is right next door!

Wonderful location!

My husband and I arrived to Kimball Junction (10 minute drive to Park City) to a cozy, clean 1 BR, 1 1/2 Bath condo. Loved the keyless entry, one less thing to keep up with. The garage parking was a nice treat too. The condo was spacious and had beautiful mountain views. We chose to stay outside Park City because we wanted to ski Big/Little Cottonwood Canyon this time. It was only a 45 minute drive so that worked great. The condo was wonderfully stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Hot tub was a nice treat after skiing all day. There was a great walking trail right out the back door. Would definitely stay here on our return trip to Utah. Thanks, Stu, for the booking!!

Great Experience

This VRBO worked perfect for my daughter and I for our Park City ski vacation! Garage parking and all the amenities. I liked the 1/2 bath off the kitchen for those sleeping in the living room. Only one suggestion is to remember to unlock the deck door prior to shutting it behind you if you use the deck or grill! Would definitely rent again!
