Owner / Property Manager purchased this house in 1985
Our family of 5 stayed at this house for a weekend escape from the hassles of life. We hit Fossil Rim, but most of the weekend was spent at the house playing cards, watching movies, and enjoying the patio as the rain pitter pattered on the roof. Already looking forward to coming back.
This property is beautiful - very quiet and secluded. Everything we could possibly need and more were included. One of the best properties we have every stayed at. Loved it and are ready to visit again.
This was our fourth trip to the Glen Rose house. We love it. It is like our home away from home. Looking forward to our next visit.
The home is spacious, relaxing, and well appointed. It was exactly what we needed. My only reservation of giving an "excellent" review is that it won't be available next time we want to stay. Thank you so much!!
The property was exactly what we were expecting and looking forward to. It was quiet and beautiful. My husband and I along with our 2 year old son came to stay the weekend to get away from everything and celebrate my birthday. There was plenty of room for us and the directions were easy to follow to find the property. We were able to go into Stephenville one night and experience the Lone Star Family Pumpkin Farm and then stayed closer to the property the rest of the weekend. The house had everything we needed. We loved watching the sunset and seeing all of the stars! Hope to come back again!
4 of us stayed in this house for a long weekend and loved every minute of it. The house is open and spacious. The large picture window looks over trees. The sunset view is spectacular and the stars at night are magical. We drove to Fossil Rim and Dinosaur Valley State Park, which added to the fun of the weekend.
