This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom charmer has a nice fenced yard area and is located on the beachfront. It has stairs to the sand and water. Although, seemingly smaller than some places, it will accommodate 6 people or less. It will be a little easier on your budget than some of our larger homes; however, you can be assured that the view and setting is not compromised in the least. You can enjoy cozy evenings with the fireplace glowing and the kitchen will have all you need for great beachside meals, whether you enjoy them inside or out. You can watch your favorite shows or movies on the T.V. / DVD and there are many other amenities including a washer/dryer and DSL Internet Access. No smoking in the home and No pets anywhere on the premises - Bed sizes: 1Q / 4T / 1 sofa sleeper.
Can't beat the view nice and clean really fantastic experience. Dealing with the rental agency was a piece of cake.
We had a very nice time there with our 6 year old and 10 year old grand children.
My daughter really wanted to stay in a house that was on the beach. This house was as close as you can possibly get! It was easy to find and the pictures of the home are exactly what we got. The home was very clean. I was happy there weren't a bunch of knick knacks for my grandchildren to destroy! Beds were comfortable and I was so happy to find LOTS of new, white fluffy towels. We brought our own beach towels. The fenced in yard with grass was a real bonus. We could let the kids play without fear of them trying to get away! The private beach access was very nice. The staircase is a bit steep and the last 10 feet was more like a ladder but the kids had no problem and I just took one step at a time, and I use a cane! The kitchen was the perfect size. We had a little problem with the dishwasher and the office sent their maintenance guy on a Saturday! Turned out that the child lock had been pressed and none of us adults could get it undone! I would only recommend to have a couple more, large nonstick skillets added to the cookware. Everything else was great. We went into town one day and discovered the Brown Butter Cookie company which is fantastic. There is a new children's playground by the pier and the little ones had lots of fun there. Morro Bay down the road is a fun place to visit....the Rock of course and the museum, you can eat your way across the embarcado and go for boat rides. On our Sunday we decided to go to church and then while BBQing that afternoon we spotted a pod of whales that we could see from the patio of the house! This was a great weekend and I hope we can stay here again. Thank you so much for making our stay so fun!
