Paradise Found, 4 Bedroom Gulf Front House
This beautiful 4 bedroom home is located away from the crowds and is directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The floor plan takes advantage of the incredible views of the emerald waters of the gulf. There are three ocean front bedrooms and one bedroom with a view of the Santa Rosa Sound. The main living area is an open plan that features ceramic tile flooring, a built-in entertainment center with a flat screen TV, and there is a built-in buffet and shelves in the dining area. The kitchen has black granite counters and upgraded stainless steel appliances including a downdraft smooth top stove, two ovens, microwave, and side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water through the door. You will find 3 bedrooms on the main level. The master bedroom is located off the dining room and has a king size bed, and a huge bathroom with double vanities, separate tub and shower. The other gulf front bedroom has a king size bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 fulls. Both bedrooms are located off the living room. The 4th bedroom is located below the main living area and consists of a queen bed, full bath and has its own gulf front balcony. All of the bedrooms are large and have flat screen TV's, built-in shelves and chests of drawers. The gulf front balcony is over 60 feet long and 9 feet deep and is constructed with composite decking. A gas grill, picnic table and chairs are also located on the deck. What a great place to relax and enjoy the cool gulf breezes as you watch the dolphins and other marine life along the coast! This wonderful home has plenty of room for two families or one large family to enjoy the gorgeous emerald waters of Navarre Beach. No pets, weddings or large group parties allowed.
Our whole family was able to be together in such a spacious home. We absolutely would rent this home again! We loved the covered porch and all the sea shells we found. The only thing I wish was that there were beach chairs we were able to use once we arrived. Beach chairs take up a lot of space in a car and people traveling by plane have no option but to rent chairs.
The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of pots and pans! It was a great vacation and the home was wonderful.

We will be recommending Mama’s House and Beach Rentals at Navarre to our friends and family, and we can't wait to come back.
What a lovely home and vacation area!! This was our first time to rent a beach house instead of a condo and we could not have been happier. The layout of the house is perfect and the covered deck that overlooks the ocean was our favorite! The large kitchen made cooking a breeze and was equipped with everything we could possibly need. The reservation process was a breeze and everything went so smoothly, we would absolutely rent through this management company again! Navarre Beach is a gem!!
We spent March 10-16, 2014 at Mama's House. The home itself is great - lovely house, great layout and fabulous views and beach access. Wish the weather had been warmer and less windy, but despite that, we had a great time. The beds were especially comfortable and the kitchen was nice and big - plenty of space to cook and hang out around the island. There is no door to the master bathroom (it's open to the master bedroom), so folks desiring some privacy in the loo will have to work around that. It would be great if beach chairs and umbrellas would be available at the house (no room to pack them if you're flying or even driving to FL). Also would be helpful to either have a supply of household cleaning supplies (1 dishwasher pellet was provided) or give guests a list of household supplies they might want to bring (dish soap, kitchen garbage bags, etc.). I think most folks would be happy to pay a little extra and have those items provided for the week rather than spend extra $$ at the store upon arrival (and then have to lug those items back home). But those were small inconveniences. Overall, the house was absolutely fantastic and we felt it was a great value. We would definitely stay there again.
