Also on this main level are two bedrooms: the first has a twin over queen bunk bed. The next bedroom is the master suite that has a king bed. The in-suite master bathroom has a jetted tub and separate shower. This main level of the house also has a half bath in the hallway, laundry room with high efficiency washer and dryer and mudroom with access to the two car garage. Downstairs is a separate family room complete with a sofa sleeper, twin daybed, gas fireplace, TV, Xbox, poker table, air hockey table, and access to the private outdoor hot tub– a great space to send the kids to hang out! There are two bedrooms downstairs: both with full in suite bathrooms, one with two twins, and the other with one queen bed.
The house was in a good spot between the mountain and the village. Nice neighborhood. The house was well suited for large groups, and lots of twin/bunk beds, which is what we needed. The downfall of this house was the upkeep. It felt tired. The kitchen utensils/accessories were old and some, like knives, were completely broken. We lost hot water twice, and couldn't relight the pilot light (property management folks had to come fix). The hot tub stopped heating completely, and the spa serviceperson needed to come out (old, worn display on the tub the culprit). The audio cabinet was missing a door, and the speakers only worked in a few rooms.
I just expected more.
