Building features include an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and exercise facilities, as well as a rooftop deck with gas BBQs and 180-degree views of Puget Sound. Step out your door to various restaurants, a bakery cafe, and urban grocer on the main floor of the building, or take a short walk to a wide variety of restaurants and night life. Walk 5 blocks in one direction to Pike Place Market or 8 blocks in the other direction to the Seattle Center for the Space Needle, Experience Music Project Museum, Children's Museum, Pacific Science Center, and Key Arena. The building is also 4 blocks to the waterfront and 5 blocks to the new Seattle Art Museum's Olympic Sculpture Park and Seattle's downtown shopping core. Make your vacation one to remember, stay at the Belltown Court!
Please be aware that this building does not have central air conditioning (almost NO buildings--less than 5%--actually do). There is a window unit during summer months, and we do provide fans for your comfort.
Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle, and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.
My wife, Sally and I are excited for you to stay with us! We originally purchased a condo in Belltown to use as a second home in the winter of 2007.
Because of our knack at hosting, great marketing and amazing design, what was just an investment has become a full time business. We currently have 30 properties in the heart of Downtown Seattle that we either own or manage on the behalf of others.
Sally is an interior designer by trade, and I'm sure you'll be able to tell when it comes to the quality items to help you feel comfortable while you are staying with us.
We take our position as hosts very seriously. Our condos are cleaned immaculately and have the best staff in the business. We are both foodies, and welcome the ability to share with you the best places in the city!
Thanks, and we look forward to hosting you!

We had a great time in Seattle. The location of this property was great, walking distance from the many eateries and bars, the space needle, pike market and downtown. Having a kitchen was such a convenience with all the amazing seafood and produce at like market. Shiro sushi, which is downstairs has great sushi, the wait time is always long (2 hours at 6:30pm!) but we ordered to go so we could try the amazing sushi they have. The place also slept 6 comfortably.
This is a great condo. The location is great for walking around Seattle's waterfront and Pike's market. There are 2 great Italian restaurants right outside both doors! Convenient bus locations near by. The Oasis staff was great!! Thank you for a great weekend!!
I would not recommend against staying here, since the location is so good and it comes with a parking space. However, I can't imagine being there with the outside temp above 75 since it is not air conditioned and with the windows open, the city noise would be unbearable to me personally. The staff was efficient and they have their processes down pat, very smooth. However, I made one simple request to change parking stalls for one night in an almost totally empty garage, which was met with a curt reply and threat to have me towed, not the best customer service Bruce. Again, I couldn't possibly recommend against this company or this condo, just not a 5 star experience
The staff at Seattle Oasis were very helpful. Most attentive staff I've ever rented from. The apartment had everything we needed. A great place to stay for a few days. Almost half way between Pike Place Market and Seattle Center made getting to places easily walkable. So glad we stayed there.
Very nice apartment and a great location. The management team was very helpful. The second bedroom is small without a private bathroom and it opens right onto the living room, but that aside we very much enjoyed our stay. The rooftop deck has wonderful views of Elliott Bay.
The unit is very well maintained and managed. Upon check-in, the host (sorry for I forgot his name) provided an excellent tour tour to the unit and other facilities accessible to the tenant. He is one of the best hosts that I have ever met.
The unit is great for those who love downtown life, but it is not for everyone. Below are some challenges to me:
1) It is still pretty noisy even in the midnight. This might be true for most units in the downtown though.
2) Tight parking lot, challenging to park even if you have a big SUV or minivan. Again, might be true for most units in downtown Seattle.
3) Air condition does not work well.
Our beautiful property is centrally located in downtown Seattle. From it, you are an easy walk from the waterfront, Pike Place Market, flagship Nordstrom and the retail core, and Seattle Center. 100's of restaurants are in this neighborhood, along with unique shops and nightlife.
