About the property

Bedrooms 1, Bathrooms 1, Sleeps 4

In the vibrant Belltown district of Downtown Seattle, this Seattle Oasis vacation rental condominium is the perfect hideaway for a romantic weekend in the Capital of the Northwest, or for the single business traveler. With 1 comfortable bedroom and and a premium sleeper sofa, and 1 Bath, this vacation rental will accommodate four guests in a luxurious atmosphere.

This property is managed by Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals. We are a family owned business, and work everyday to redefine your vacation rental experience. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal.

Ideally situated for visits to visit landmark attractions in Seattle’s center, your Downtown Seattle vacation condo is but steps away from all of the restaurants and attractions, as well as Seattle’s Space Needle and the nearby Convention Center.

This one-bedroom, one-bath condominium in the heart of Downtown Seattle is efficient in floor plan, but fully equipped with a real bedroom, full kitchen and separate living room.

The designer kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for a light lunch or for your own quiet dinner. With 800 thread-count sheets and custom hospitality mattresses, even the most travel-weary guests get a sumptuous night’s rest. Wi-Fi equipped and a flat screen television in the living room, guests also enjoy the 3,000 square foot roof top terrace, secure parking and a fitness center on the premises.

To be clear, this building does NOT have air conditioning (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle--walkable to all the best Seattle has to offer-- and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

The condo was great.

The condo is in a great and safe location. All was well appointed and very clean. The living room was small, but all other spaces were a great size. We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing, beautiful, great location

  • 5 of 5

Belltown was fabulous and so was the rental. The close proximity to food, drink, and tourist attractions was perfect. Outstanding service everywhere we went. We can’t wait to come back to Seattle. The rental unit was perfect and thank you to the family that set it up for people to use.

Great place, recommmed w/small family

  • 5 of 5

Great place to stay for my husband and son (toddler). Centrally located, easy walking to many sights in Seattle. Is noisy - under a main bus line (which we read in other reviews) but manageable. Amenities covers all the basics- kitchen, fridge, laundry, cable tv, wifi, etc.

This apartment is perfect for someone or a couple if you are in town for business or vacation!

  • 5 of 5

Located centrally between the Space Needle and Pike Place Market. The apartment was clean, no issues with appliances, shower or bathroom; very easy to get in the secured building. The bed was comfortable, although having the AC right next to the bed somewhat dried out sinuses out at night.

I would definitely recommend this unit to others, and would look at staying here again if I revisit Seattle!!!

Comfortable and clean as pictured. The location was good (between Pikes and Seattle Center).

  • 4 of 5

Getting access was simple with clear instructions and on-site staff greeting us upon arrival. We appreciated getting access to the suite a little early. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was all we expected for the price. We would use the apartment again if in Seattle.

Some housekeeping was not done; dishwasher had not been run (was unplugged) and kitchen counters were not wiped clean. A few light bulbs need to be replaced (over the breakfast area and the heat lamp in bathroom). I tried to fix the sliding door on the bedroom closet (off the tracks) and think I succeeded, but you should check it.
