Downtown Seattle Condo Rental Photos and Description

Bedrooms 1, Bathrooms 1, Sleeps 4

In the vibrant Belltown district of Downtown Seattle, this Seattle Oasis vacation rental condominium is the perfect hideaway for a romantic weekend in the Capital of the Northwest, or for the single business traveler. With 1 comfortable bedroom and and a premium sleeper sofa, and 1 Bath, this vacation rental will accommodate four guests in a luxurious atmosphere.

This property is managed by Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals. We are a family owned business, and work everyday to redefine your vacation rental experience. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal.

Ideally situated for visits to visit landmark attractions in Seattle’s center, your Downtown Seattle vacation condo is but steps away from all of the restaurants and attractions, as well as Seattle’s Space Needle and the nearby Convention Center.

The designer kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for a light lunch or for your own quiet dinner. With 800 thread-count sheets and custom hospitality mattresses, even the most travel-weary guests get a sumptuous night’s rest. Wi-Fi equipped and a flat screen television in the living room, guests also enjoy the 3,000 square foot roof top terrace, secure parking and a fitness center on the premises.

To be clear, this building does NOT have air conditioning (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle--walkable to all the best Seattle has to offer-- and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

Excellent Vacation!

  • 5 of 5

We just got back from our 4 night stay in Seattle. This place was wonderful for two adults and one 2 year old. This was a wonderful location! We walked everywhere on our trip. The condo was fully equipped, which was very helpful for our stay. The check in and out process was flawless. The condo was a little warm, but there were multiple fans to help. We went up to relax and have fun on the roof top. The app was useful to. Thanks!

Cute, cozy, and perfect location!

  • 5 of 5

This place is small, but well laid out! We stayed for 3 nights (spouse, daughter, and myself) and were quite comfortable. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go during our stay including the city center (Space Needle, Pacific Science Museum, and EMP Museum), Pike Place Market, the Waterfront (Aquarium, Argosy Cruise, and Wheel), and SO many great restaurants! It was easy to find and easy to get into, even at 1 a.m. when our flight arrived. Thank you so much for being a part of our lovely long weekend getaway!

Awesome location and apartment, free parking!

  • 4 of 5

We loved staying here in Seattle for 2 nights. The apartment is perfect, balcony was nice, full kitchen and washer dryer. The bathroom door is a sliding door that doesn't really give you privacy. We didn't mind this but some people might so it's worth noting. The only thing was this apartment is super hot. We had the windows all open and the door to the balcony on a cold day/night. We thought the place would get freezing because it was so cold outside but it was still uncomfortably warm. We made sure there was no heat on and had all the fans blasting so I'm really not sure how it was so hot! Everything else really was great though, it didn't ruin our stay. The managers were very accommodating as well and easy to reach. Free parking on site was a huge plus!

Perfect Location

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in this condo for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and had a hair dryer, all linens, and fully equipped kitchen. We were in the condo Sunday-Tuesday, so we did not find it very loud at all. It may be louder Thursday-Saturday. We did visit in June during a particularly hot week, and we found the apartment quite warm. However, there were at least 5 fans throughout the apartment to help keep things cool. Despite the heat, we didn't have any trouble sleeping. The bed was comfortable. There is a pull-out couch in the living room that we didn't use. WiFi and TV worked well. The check-in and check-out process were easy and stress-free. The apartment is about a 15 minute walk from Pike Place Market and less than 5 minutes from many great restaurants. It was great to have a very safe and secure underground garage to park our car (included in the cost of the condo). I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a getaway to the city, and I would definitely consider renting this condo on a future trip to Seattle. My only complaint is that the Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals app didn't work well on my phone.

Amazing Location!

  • 5 of 5

Loved everything about the location, the unit and the rooftop! It is a loud, urban, neighborhood so earplugs for sleeping were a must when the windows are open. But the owners are frank about it and that comes with the fact that you're in the heart of things!

Notes:
You are close to all the Seattle sights, such as the Market, the Space Needle, waterfront, and more. For our sports fans, you are about a mile from both CenturyLink and the Safe. The Belltown neighborhood is eclectic, with 100s of restaurants, plus night life and shops within walking distance. Kitty corner is a small grocer, for your convenience. Also public transportation spots right outside the front door!
