Central Condo Rental Photos and Description

Bedrooms 1, Bathrooms 1, Sleeps 4

Located in one of the newest buildings in the Seattle Oasis Vacations inventory, this 1 bedroom, 1 bath condominium is among the most convenient and comfortable vacation rental properties in Downtown Seattle. With amazing one-of-a-kind 3000 Square Foot Rooftop Deck with breathtaking views of city skyline, and all of Downtown Seattle, it's the perfect spot to stay for your convention or business trip, or for a family fun trip to everything that Seattle has to offer.

This property is managed by Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals. We are a family owned business, and work everyday to redefine your vacation rental experience. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal.

With one convertible bed, the condominium is perfect and spacious enough for up to 4 guests. Decorated in a clean, modern style, finished with granite, it comes fully furnished with an equipped designer kitchen so it's also the perfect place for a quiet, easy meal or even for more elaborate entertaining. In a new building with all of the creature comforts, this vacation rental condo features mattresses of hotel quality and sheet thread-counts are of luxury quality to compare with the more expensive hotels in town.

With Wi-Fi throughout and two flat screen televisions, vacations or business travel can be accomodated in private spacious quarters. Secure parking and a roof top terrace as well as a lobby level billiards room can be enjoyed by guests for free. Approximately one mile from the Convention Center,

To be clear, this building does NOT have air conditioning (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle--walkable to all the best Seattle has to offer-- and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

About Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals

My wife, Sally and I are excited for you to stay with us! We originally purchased a condo in Belltown to use as a second home in the winter of 2007.

Because of our knack at hosting, great marketing and amazing design, what was just an investment has become a full time business. We currently have 30 properties in the heart of Downtown Seattle that we either own or manage on the behalf of others.

Sally is an interior designer by trade, and I'm sure you'll be able to tell when it comes to the quality items to help you feel comfortable while you are staying with us.

We take our position as hosts very seriously. Our condos are cleaned immaculately and have the best staff in the business. We are both foodies, and welcome the ability to share with you the best places in the city!

Thanks, and we look forward to hosting you!

Well-Equipped Rental In The Heart of Downtown

  • 4 of 5

This downtown rental was very well-equipped and even had extra towels and bathrobes. The washer and dryer was an extra bonus. Previous reviews are spot-on: This property is right on the major bus routes, so if you want peace and quiet, this rental is not for you. However, if you want to be in the heart of everything, this spot is for you. Recommend being in a group if you plan to be out after dark. We happened to be in Seattle during a hot spell, so A/C would have been great. Enjoyed the small gym off the lobby:) This rental is not far from Pike's, Nordstrom's and lots of great eateries:)

Very comfortable, very central to restaurants and shopping

  • 4 of 5

Had a beautiful stay at these apartments! Was comfortable and homely! Were very helpful whenever i needed some assistance and were very professional in leading up to my stay keeping in touch with me via emails.

Would come back here for my next visit to Seattle!

Only one minor issue would be that there was no aircon in the bedroom, being so close to the road traffic was quite loud when the window was left open so we could get some fresh breeze.

Great location!

  • 4 of 5

Great central location for walking all over Seattle! Perfect for two of us for one week. Loved the roof deck and free garage parking. The fans were definitely needed and made sleeping comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property... No hassles!

Great location, Not worth the hassle

  • 2 of 5

Myself, my husband and my 3 year old stayed here for just a short 2 night visit. It really has an excellent location considering proximity to all the touristy sights, but there are a lot of shady people that frequent that street.

The rental itself was mostly clean, very well stocked, except for the dirty/smelly shower curtain. The space was on the small side, but fine since we really only used it for sleeping.

Obtaining/returning the parking fob was a hassle. Finding our rental unit entrance was difficult because there was no obvious signage to direct us.

I received several texts from Seattle Oasis to help remind me of checkin, etc, but when I replied to them (after I was prompted to) I only got generic robot responses.

NIce place/Good location

  • 4 of 5

This is a very small place, maybe 500 sq ft but was okay for the two of us. Only bar stools to sit on to eat which we did not like. Location was great for walking to a lot of places downtown. Parking was provided which is a big plus in Seattle. Kitchen was really nice and well furnished. We did not eat at the unit except for breakfast most days. Other than a table to sit at, we have zero complaints about the unit.

Pleasant stay easy distance from retail centre

  • 4 of 5

I booked this apartment to attend a conference in the retail centre, wanting to stay a littlle way away and with kitchen facilities. It was perfectly sized for me (and would suit a couple) although pretty cosy once my mother arrived and used the pull-out bed. I don't think you would want to stay with 2 couples, although a family could manage for a weekend (once the pull-out bed is out there really isn't any room for luggage in the lounge). The apartment was clean and well-appointed. It was a nice touch to have coffee, tea and water. I used the gym a lot as I wasn't sure about running in Seattle (in fact I did on the last day and it was fine - lovely on the waterfront). The gym was well-appointed with cardio machines and not too busy. Access in and out of the building was easy, there were several neighbourhood grocery shops and lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. I noticed that buses stopped nearby, so public transport was probably easy - I walked everywhere without problem. The neighbourhood felt safe, even after dark. Like other people I found the apartment hot - but there were plenty of fans, and the doors and windows all open.

I would recommend this for a couple wanting a weekend in Seattle.
