To be clear, this building does NOT have air conditioning (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle--walkable to all the best Seattle has to offer-- and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

This building is centrally located; close to the Pike Place Market, flagship Nordstrom, Space Needle and Seattle Center, and Seattle waterfront. We are surrounded by an eclectic urban neighborhood, full of shops, restaurants, and nightlife.
You will love our property! You can pack light. We provide everything you will need to make you comfortable during your stay. Besides towels and linens, we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels. A high chair and pack n play are available for a flat rental.
Excellent location, we were able to walk to almost every location we wanted to see! Definitely get the city pass. We enjoyed our condo and the welcome basket, the beds were comfortable and clean. My only fault was with the previous visitor who had put away dirty dishes :-( other than that we loved our stay!
We had a lovely stay at this apartment. So convenient to take public transit to Safeco field. Walking to shopping and food. the apartment was clean and well stocked with everything you might need. We would definitely stay again
Location spectacular. Clean and well-maintained. I did not have a car, but having indoor parking adds incredible value to this place if you are driving. Lot of building amenities that I did not use (too short a stay), but there was very much a sense of community. I was a little put off by the text message that woke me at 4AM the day I was leaving telling me "We are sorry to see you go!" All in all I think far superior to the $500/night hotel rooms which are nearby.
We landed very early and were able to be accommodated for early check in which was great. Having a washer and dryer was very convenient to be able to go home with clean clothes and know that we could pack lighter and wash what we had. Also nice option to cook with full kitchen but there were too many great restaurants nearby to try. Small condo but with just two of us it was perfect. Would definitely book again. Very quiet building with gorgeous roof top and gym for use. Super close to many public transport options but we mostly walked everywhere. Company was very helpful with travel from airport to condo too.
We had a great time! The apartment was nice and leading up to our check in and though out stay we had great service! The roof was the highlight!
Nice all around accomodations. Clean and safe. Getting started was a bit tough, which after a flight can be annoying: no instructions on how to get in or find a key 😕. The customer serivce was fantastic, A+!
