About the property

Would you like to bring your car on your trip to Seattle, and NOT have to pay $40 a night to park in Downtown Seattle? Are you looking for the luxury of a hotel AND the comforts of home?

Look no further! Seattle Oasis Vacations is excited to present this beautiful one-bedroom, one-bath condominium in the heart of Downtown Seattle. This vacation condo offers panoramic views of the city from the Juliet balcony and all the comforts of a truly luxurious home away from home.

This property is managed by Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals. We are a family owned business, and work everyday to redefine your vacation rental experience. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal.

This one-bedroom, one-bath condominium in the heart of Downtown Seattle is efficient in floor plan, but fully equipped with a real bedroom, full kitchen and separate living room.

A custom installed designer kitchen is ready for a quiet dinner in after a day in the city, and it complements the comfortable surroundings.

With accommodations for up to three guests, the bedroom includes a queen sized bed and the efficient living room is equipped with a full sized tempur-pedic fold out sofa.

2 Flat Panel LCD HDTVs and WiFi throughout makes it a very convenient business trip or corporate condominium, and a secure parking garage is included in the price of the rental. A fitness center on the premises is enough to keep anyone busy.

Just a few blocks from Puget Sound and the water front shops, this vacation condo is convenient to everything in Downtown Seattle. Some of the finest restaurants are very close, and the convention center, sports arenas and Space Needle are all within range of a short taxi ride or the downtown free bus service. This building is perfectly situated to enjoy views of the mountains, the sound, and the city. Seattle Oasis Vacations offers any guest the full comfort of a hotel, with the exclusivity of a private condominium.

To be clear, this building does NOT have air conditioning (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle--walkable to all the best Seattle has to offer-- and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

Overall great location, but had one houskeeping issue

  • 3 of 5

Overall the condo was comfortable. It was frustrating to need to find a street parking place in order to need to go up to get the garage remote, but understandable. However, when I made my dinner, the first two utensils I tried to use, were very dirty. I called and issued a complaint about the utensils, the comment was “Sorry, that is unacceptable, I will talk to Houskeeping.” I think a cleaning credit would have been a better good faith offer...

I was very happy to have the air conditioner in the bedroom!

Perfect location!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I stayed at this cute condo for our anniversary. It was VERY clean and the kitchen was easy to cook in. They left us a bottle of champagne for our anniversary as well that was very thoughtful. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and had a blast. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

In the City

  • 5 of 5

We were very happy with our choice of this condo in downtown Seattle. We have never lived in the city and wanted a taste of city life. This was perfect. We were able to walk to many of the attractions this lovely city has to offer. Even the noises of the city were exciting and fun. The unit was clean, safe and was equipped with all the necessities. We had a great time.

Quaint and Convenient

  • 5 of 5

We booked a stay here for 2 people for 4 nights for our very first visit to Seattle. To begin, the booking and check-in processes were super simple. Both the unit and the building were well maintained and secure. The location in Belltown was perfect for us. It was right in the middle of most of the main attractions and was within reasonable walking distance to a Link train station. We also enjoyed having so many great bars and restaurants (fairly priced and delicious) within a two block radius of the apartment. As for the apartment itself, it is small, but it is well laid out. This is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple but I would not recommend it for anyone else. There simply would not be enough space to be comfortable. We appreciated the multitude of fans provided in the unit, as well as the air conditioning unit. The AC unit wasn’t in the most convenient location (right on the bedside making it difficult for one person to get in and out of bed) but we were pleased just to have it! We were impressed by the size of the bathroom and the quantity and quality of complementary bath products and towels. We were also impressed by the kitchen. It was fully stocked with all of the necessary pots and pans, as well as spices, oils, etc. We were actually able to easily prepare a delicious dinner (ingredients procured from Pike Place Market!) one night in the apartment. There is also a stackable washer and dryer (and suds) in the apartment. The final perk to this place was the parking. Beware though! If you have a large car, anything from a full-size sedan to a minivan to a mid-size SUV, parking in the garage will be a huge challenge. The spots are SUPER small and the garage size itself makes it tricky to maneuver in. Luckily, it is open parking and if you get lucky you can nab one of the few spaces better suited for larger vehicles. Over-all we were very impressed by this place and would recommend it to others.

My wife, Sally and I are excited for you to stay with us! We originally purchased a condo in Belltown to use as a second home in the winter of 2007.

Because of our knack at hosting, great marketing and amazing design, what was just an investment has become a full time business. We currently have 30 properties in the heart of Downtown Seattle that we either own or manage on the behalf of others.

Sally is an interior designer by trade, and I'm sure you'll be able to tell when it comes to the quality items to help you feel comfortable while you are staying with us.

We take our position as hosts very seriously. Our condos are cleaned immaculately and have the best staff in the business. We are both foodies, and welcome the ability to share with you the best places in the city!

Thanks, and we look forward to hosting you!
