In the vibrant Belltown district of Downtown Seattle, this Seattle Oasis Vacations rental condominium is the perfect hideaway for a romantic weekend in the Capital of the Northwest, or for the single business traveler. With 1 comfortable bedroom and a premium sleeper sofa, and 1 Bath, this vacation rental will accommodate 4 guests in a luxury atmosphere, with a private balcony and views of Puget Sound and all of Downtown Seattle. It is located in the trendy and vibrant Belltown neighborhood.

Ideally situated for visits to visit landmark attractions in Seattle’s center, your Downtown Seattle vacation condo is but steps away from all of the restaurants and attractions, as well as Seattle’s Space Needle and the nearby Convention Center.

The designer kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for a light lunch or for your own quiet dinner. With 800 thread-count sheets and custom hospitality mattresses, even the most travel-weary guests get a sumptuous night’s rest. Wi-Fi equipped and with a flat screen television in the living room, guests also enjoy the 3,000 square foot roof top terrace, secure parking and a fitness center on the premises.

To be clear, this building does NOT have air conditioning (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle, and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

About Darik Eaton

My wife, Sally and I are excited for you to stay with us! We originally purchased a condo in Belltown to use as a second home in the winter of 2007.

Because of our knack at hosting, great marketing and amazing design, what was just an investment has become a full time business. We currently have 30 properties in the heart of Downtown Seattle that we either own or manage on the behalf of others.

Sally is an interior designer by trade, and I'm sure you'll be able to tell when it comes to the quality items to help you feel comfortable while you are staying with us.

We take our position as hosts very seriously. Our condos are cleaned immaculately and have the best staff in the business. We are both foodies, and welcome the ability to share with you the best places in the city!

Thanks, and we look forward to hosting you!

amazing customer service

  • 5 of 5

I had the company call me the day before my wife and I were leaving for Seattle. It was my wife's birthday and they wanted to know why type of flowers my wife liked so they could have flowers in the room. They not only had a beautiful arrangement of tropical flowers but they also left us a bottle of champagne, water, coffee, a personalized birthday card signed by everyone in their office. I was blown away and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a vacation rental. Best experience and service I have had ever!! Thank you Seattle oasis vacation rentals for making my wife's birthday special. Great surprise and can't wait to use you again

Great location

  • 3 of 5

We enjoyed our stay at the suite, it was comfortable and had all amenities. However, it was smaller than expected and situated on a noisy street. The location was perfect for visiting local attractions.

Very nice one bedroom condo.

  • 5 of 5

Very central to many of Seattle's activities. Very nice condo and at a reasonable price. The parking spot that went along with the unit came in very handy.

Nice place! Small but very comfortable!

  • 4 of 5

Very nice place close to everything. A bit noisy with all the bus traffic out front. And we did have a few hot water problems but well worth the money.

Small but Cozy

  • 5 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the VRBO. It was small but cozy. It was so close from everything we were able to walk to most places. Our first trip out was to the beautiful Pikes Place Market. Thank you so much for making our stay comfortable.

Great little place!

  • 4 of 5

The apartment is perfect for a stay in Seattle. Not a lot of room, we had three people, 4 would be tight but doable. The pull out couch is memory foam, and very comfortable. It is newly updated and very clean. The shower is great! The roof top lounge area is a really nice place to hang out, and makes up for the small size. You can grill up there and they have a nice gas fire pit. It has a nice view of the sound, and fully equipped kitchen The building is on 3rd St., a 10 minute walk to Pike Place and to a lot of good restaurants and bars. 3rd St is the main bus line, great for getting around, but noisy. There is no A/C, but a lot of fans and it only got hot in the late afternoon but cools off to sleep at night. It is loud during peak traffic times with the windows open, but quiet at night. Checking in was easy, and the property company provided quick service when we did not quite understand the lock system and key fob. They delivered the missing parking pass within an hour. Parking is included, which is nice. Overall an excellent place to stay to tour all the great places in this awesome city.
