In the vibrant Belltown district of Downtown Seattle, this Seattle Oasis Vacations rental condominium is the perfect hideaway for a romantic weekend in the Capital of the Northwest, or for the single business traveler. With 1 comfortable bedroom and a premium sleeper sofa, and 1 Bath, this vacation rental will accommodate 4 guests in a luxury atmosphere, with a private balcony and views of Puget Sound and all of Downtown Seattle. It is located in the trendy and vibrant Belltown neighborhood.

Ideally situated for visits to visit landmark attractions in Seattle’s center, your Downtown Seattle vacation condo is but steps away from all of the restaurants and attractions, as well as Seattle’s Space Needle and the nearby Convention Center.

The designer kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for a light lunch or for your own quiet dinner. With 800 thread-count sheets and custom hospitality mattresses, even the most travel-weary guests get a sumptuous night’s rest. Wi-Fi equipped and with a flat screen television in the living room, guests also enjoy the 3,000 square foot roof top terrace, secure parking and a fitness center on the premises.

To be clear, this building does NOT have air conditioning (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle, and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

Great trip to Seattle

  • 5 of 5

This little condo was in a great location. Seattle Oasis thought of everything a guest would need. From shampoo, body wash, plenty of toilet paper, laundry detergent , etc. plenty of spices if you want to cook.... Every easy to check in. Went to Buckleys every evening because it was so close and they have great food and service. If you have a large vehicle, that could be a challenge because parking spots are plentiful but tight. Would totally stay here again

It was very nice , clean

  • 4 of 5

The building and condo was very nice. Access to almost everything was in walking distance. The first day we walked over 6 miles. lol. The view was awesome and the people there were very friendly. A draw back for us was no air conditioner and traffic noice . But other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Great place to stay

This property was lovely, exactly as described. It had all of the amenities and was very nicely decorated. It was also quiet and the view was sweet. A bonus was the exercise room on the first floor and the free parking. I loved it.
