Seattle Oasis Vacations is pleased to provide a comfortable and inspiring one bedroom vacation rental condominium in Seattle's exciting Belltown neighborhood. This property is easy walking distance to some of Seattle's best restaurants and the Pike Place Market. It's convenient to all of Downtown Seattle and the Convention Center as well as the many sites for which Seattle is famous, and just blocks from the water front. It's Tuscan inspired decor with warm hues and professional decor will welcome you like no ordinary hotel room.

This property is managed by Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals. We are a family owned business, and work everyday to redefine your vacation rental experience. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal.

Completely refinished with Tuscan inspired finishing, this condo sleeps up to 4 guests and includes a fully equipped kitchen, balcony views of the ocean, Puget Sound, the Olympic Mountains, and all of Downtown Seattle. With hotel mattresses and luxurious 800 thread-count sheets, we guarantee you'll be as comfortable as in any of the best hotels in town. 2 High Definition Flat-Screen TVs, and Wireless internet throughout make this condo the perfect place for a long weekend or a week's stay in the West Coast's most dynamic location.

An on-site swimming pool & hot tub, plus a full fitness center and sauna can make your stay long on luxury and very convenient to all of Seattle. Private secure parking is also available on site. This Belltown Condominium is within easy reach of nearly all of the downtown attractions, including the museums, sporting arenas and more.

To be clear, A/C is provided via a window unit during summer months (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle--walkable to all the best Seattle has to offer-- and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

Because of our knack at hosting, great marketing and amazing design, what was just an investment has become a full time business. We currently have 30 properties in the heart of Downtown Seattle that we either own or manage on the behalf of others.

Sally is an interior designer by trade, and I'm sure you'll be able to tell when it comes to the quality items to help you feel comfortable while you are staying with us.

We take our position as hosts very seriously. Our condos are cleaned immaculately and have the best staff in the business. We are both foodies, and welcome the ability to share with you the best places in the city!

We enjoyed our stay while in Seattle.

  • 4 of 5

Centrally located which is a plus. Liquid soap and shampoo in the bathroom and umbrellas in the closet was a nice touch. Street noise only thing keeping it from being rated higher

Enjoy Seattle

  • 5 of 5

We've stayed at Belltown Court before, enjoy the area. We walk everywhere, to the ballgame, to the waterfront, to shopping. Love the pizza parlor just below the condos! This trip we enjoyed the pool, the spa and the hot tub. A little luxury in the city!

Comfy quarters in Belltown

  • 4 of 5

The apartment was clean and comfy. Check in and out was quick and easy. the apartment was well appointed and supplied with most everything we needed for our stay. Unfortunately for us Seattle experienced a heat wave while we we there. 90 degree plus weather with no air conditioning was a bit unbearable but coming from the San Francisco area we know most buildings do not have air so we just survived it. The Belltown neighborhood is our favorite in Seattle. Centrally located and walking distance to multiple attractions with tons of restaurants and bars. We were there on Gay Pride weekend with the parade coming through just a couple blocks away. Great fun for people watching. The area is a little sketchy with a large homeless population but we were never bothered by it or never felt unsafe in any way. Only a couple of suggestions to the property managers. The vent in the bathroom needs a good cleaning and some of the towels and linens were stained and or badly worn and need replacing and a couple of additional ice trays would have been nice with the heat and all. The building has an indoor pool which we did not use as it seemed a bit on the green side. Great workout room, sauna and rooftop decks. We will definitely return.

Bed was super comfy. A little ADD on the labeling of where kitchen items go great couch. I liked sleeping with the window open so it would've been quieter. Overall I would go back!! Thank you
