Downtown Seattle Condo Rental Photos and Description

Bedrooms 1, Bathrooms 1, Sleeps 4

Seattle Oasis Vacations is pleased to provide a comfortable and inspiring one bedroom vacation rental condominium in Seattle's exciting Belltown neighborhood. This property is easy walking distance to some of Seattle's best restaurants and the Pike Place Market. It's convenient to all of Downtown Seattle and the Convention Center as well as the many sites for which Seattle is famous, and just blocks from the water front. It's Tuscan inspired decor with warm hues and professional decor will welcome you like no ordinary hotel room.

This property is managed by Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals. We are a family owned business, and work everyday to redefine your vacation rental experience. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal.

Completely refinished with Tuscan inspired finishing, this condo sleeps up to 4 guests and includes a fully equipped kitchen, balcony views of the ocean, Puget Sound, the Olympic Mountains, and all of Downtown Seattle. With hotel mattresses and luxurious 800 thread-count sheets, we guarantee you'll be as comfortable as in any of the best hotels in town. 2 High Definition Flat-Screen TVs, and Wireless internet throughout make this condo the perfect place for a long weekend or a week's stay in the West Coast's most dynamic location.

An on-site swimming pool & hot tub, plus a full fitness center and sauna can make your stay long on luxury and very convenient to all of Seattle. Private secure parking is also available on site. This Belltown Condominium is within easy reach of nearly all of the downtown attractions, including the museums, sporting arenas and more.

To be clear, A/C is provided via a window unit during summer months (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle--walkable to all the best Seattle has to offer-- and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

About Darik Eaton

My wife, Sally and I are excited for you to stay with us! We originally purchased a condo in Belltown to use as a second home in the winter of 2007.

Because of our knack at hosting, great marketing and amazing design, what was just an investment has become a full time business. We currently have 30 properties in the heart of Downtown Seattle that we either own or manage on the behalf of others.

Sally is an interior designer by trade, and I'm sure you'll be able to tell when it comes to the quality items to help you feel comfortable while you are staying with us.

We take our position as hosts very seriously. Our condos are cleaned immaculately and have the best staff in the business. We are both foodies, and welcome the ability to share with you the best places in the city!

Thanks, and we look forward to hosting you!

Central Location

  • 4 of 5

We enjoyed our stay at the Tuscan Oasis! Fabulous walkable location for many of the sites of Seattle. We even were able to walk to our cruise ship with our luggage.

The Tuscan Oasis is well appointed and comfortable overall. The bed mattress is very lumpy and definitely needs to be replaced. There is a room air conditioner in bedroom which helps for comfort and white noise. Street noise can be noisy and delivery trucks come very early in the morning. This was not a big problem for us as we were still on East Coast time.

Great Time in Seattle

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time at Darik's place.

The apartment was very nice, everything was set as explained. Especially, we enjoyed the roof-deck which gives a breathtaking view over the seattle bay.

A great stay, and perfect location!

  • 5 of 5

Property was nice in a good location. Was not impressed with the bed (old mattress and box spring, A/C unit was good (kept bedroom cool), not great (living room was very warm).

That being said - we were treated very well and enjoyed staying at the property. We would stay again.

Go to Serious Pie for some delicious pizza. We went twice!

The property needs attention. Location is great

  • 3 of 5

The Tuscan Oasis is in a wonderful complex however, the condo needs some attention. The concerns of street noise that were mentioned by others In the past however, that is an under statement! The mattress is horrible and as hilly as the streets of Seattle. This building is in a perfect location and the facility is wonderful. Macrina bakery and Starbucks just outside was a wonderful way to start each morning. There are some really nice restaurants all around the condo as well. Our complaint is only with this specific condo. Apparently all the previous comments left in the guest book of this condo, have been ignored. I would stay at Bell Towers again any time but not this condo. Just one more comment, I cannot say enough good things about Seattle Oasis Rental company. They are so friendly, professional, helpful, very impressive and organized. I would give them 5 stars as a reliable business. Thank you for all the helpful information.

I would suggest another location...

  • 1 of 5

I typically do not write a review but in this case I feel obligated. The condo is centrally located on the third floor and is unusually warm averaging in the 80s inside even though the weather ranged between 45-65 deg F outside. Without A/C, there is no other option than to open the windows and screen door. With that said, you deal with heavy street noise (vehicles, horns, loud motorcycles, homeless people shouting at each other, etc) up to at least midnight during the week and when you have finally dozed for a couple hours...drum roll....the rude awakening every morning starting at 5AM of delivery trucks for the bakery and pizza place located directly below you. Those issues were constant every day/night.

Now for Friday and Saturday night you are in for a special treat lasting up to 3AM with the crowds/drunks firing up their vehicles parked below you and yelling at each other leaving Sarajevo's right next door along with the other couple bars located around the corner.

A minor issue but the weight room is located right behind this room in which some people do not know how to lift weights and they throw them on the floor so you get this loud clanging noise periodically. Minor issue compared to the above.

When I called management they were obviously aware of these problems. They stated we paid a lower rate for this condo and never suggested moving us but stated that there was a set of ear plugs in the dresser for us. I do give one credit to management as they did give us a bottle of champaign for our woes.

Considering it was our vacation and we typically play hard during the day and rely on a good night's sleep at night, unfortunately the latter part didn't happen – AT ALL. You've been warned.
