Downtown Seattle Condo Rental Photos and Description

Bedrooms 1, Bathrooms 1, Sleeps 4

This magnificent Seattle vacation rental condo is in the heart of Seattle's lively Belltown Neighborhood. Romantic views of Puget Sound and the majestic Olympic Mountains and a balcony just off the bedroom makes it one of Seattle's premier places to stay for a Puget Sound vacation or for your Seattle Business Trip. Downtown Seattle is at your front door and has never been so accessible and so welcoming.

This property is managed by Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals. We are a family owned business, and work everyday to redefine your vacation rental experience. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal.

The Pike Place Market is just a short walk away, as is the stunning Seattle, waterfront and the famous Space Needle. With one bedroom and an additional convertible sofa bed, it's one of the best values in the Downtown Seattle area for solo travelers or up to 4 guests.

A fully equipped modern kitchen, Wi-Fi, and 2 LCD HDTVs ensures that you get the all the comforts of home. The professionally installed queen sized hotel mattress with 800 thread-count sheets means you're in for a very comfortable stay. This home away from home features secure on-site parking, a well equipped fitness center, including sauna, pool and hot tub, two rooftop decks, and a private courtyard.

And that view! From your couch, you have an expansive view of Elliott Bay, Puget Sound, West Seattle and the Olympic Mountains from your living room bay window. That same billion dollar view is repeated from the bedroom. Soak it up, it is vistas like this that make Seattle the most beautiful city in America!

Please be aware that A/C is provided via a window unit during summer months (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

About Darik Eaton

My wife, Sally and I are excited for you to stay with us! We originally purchased a condo in Belltown to use as a second home in the winter of 2007.

Because of our knack at hosting, great marketing and amazing design, what was just an investment has become a full time business. We currently have 40 properties in the heart of Downtown Seattle that we either own or manage on the behalf of others.

Sally is an interior designer by trade, and I'm sure you'll be able to tell when it comes to the quality items to help you feel comfortable while you are staying with us.

We take our position as hosts very seriously. Our condos are cleaned immaculately and have the best staff in the business. We are both foodies, and welcome the ability to share with you the best places in the city!

Thanks, and we look forward to hosting you!

Guestbook comments from the manager

My husband and I stayed at Seattle Oasis for 3 nights in June. There was a wonderful view of the water and

it's located within walking distance of Seattle Center. We took the train from Seattle Center to within 4 blocks

of Pike's Market. There are many good restaurants in the area where we stayed. We also enjoyed watching

the dogs at the dog park one block east and two blocks north of Oasis. The apartment was very clean and

luxurious.

Everything was just right

Super organized, everything you need, central location, right above Macarona Bakery. The views were great, from the unit not just the rooftop. Even has a small air conditioning unit, which nice.

Perfect apartment in a great location

  • 5 of 5

LOVED our stay here-wish we could have stayed for longer. Great location for exploring on foot-visited the Space Needle, Pike Place Market and the shopping on Pine St. Also great to have the car in a secure parking lot for exploring further afield. The bakery downstairs was great and lots of lovely bars and restaurants nearby too.

Contemporary and Convenient Downtown Condo

  • 5 of 5

The communication from Seattle Oasis was helpful and included everything we needed including precise directions to the unit using light rail. The agent was waiting for us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the building. The unit was contemporary, comfortable, and convenient with a relaxing view of the water. While there is expected noise from being in the city, we did not notice with the fans provided in the bedroom.

Lovely Place

  • 5 of 5

We loved your place, it had all the conveniences of home and the view was magnificent. It was easy to locate and your assistant was very nice and showed us all the amenities your facility provided. We were amazed at how clean everything was, the bed in the bedroom was so comfortable that I actually wanted to see the mattress brand. We walked to all the nearby attractions like Pikes Place Mkt and to the venue where my niece's wedding took place. Even the weather cooperated, we will definitely recommend your place to others and hope to stay there again whenever we travel to Seattle.

Thank You,

Lydia Nile

Excellent location, great view, well-managed

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights in January 2016. We had no trouble following the detailed instructions for arrival by light rail from SeaTac. A representative from Seattle Oasis met us at the front door of the building at our pre-arranged late arrival time, and then reviewed the condo features and procedures with us. Through the whole process, Seattle Oasis had very professional and responsive communication with us.

The unit was in excellent condition (very clean), and looked just as the photos showed. The view from the 5th floor unit was great - both looking over the buildings to the water and looking down to the street below. I also highly recommend the Macrina Bakery next to the building entrance for breakfast, as well as Rocco's pizza a couple of blocks away.

This was our first visit to Seattle, and we really enjoyed Pike's Place Market, Chihuly Garden and Glass, Olympic Sculpture Park, and the ferry to Bainbridge Island - all of which we were able to walk to from this location.

I would definitely recommend this rental unit and Seattle Oasis for a great place to stay in a very central location.
