Downtown Condo Rental Photos and Description

Bedrooms 1, Bathrooms 1, Sleeps 4

WINTER FLASH SALE!!! BOOK BEFORE DECEMBER 8 FOR ANY STAY IN JANUARY OR FEBRUARY FOR 10% OFF! USE CODE WINTERFLASH10 AT CHECK OUT.

This magnificent Seattle vacation rental condo is in the heart of Seattle's lively Belltown Neighborhood. Romantic views of Puget Sound and the majestic Olympic Mountains and a balcony just off the bedroom makes it one of Seattle's premier places to stay for a Puget Sound vacation or for your Seattle Business Trip. Downtown Seattle is at your front door and has never been so accessible and so welcoming.

This property is managed by Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals. We are a family owned business, and work everyday to redefine your vacation rental experience. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal.

The Pike Place Market is just a short walk away, as is the stunning Seattle, waterfront and the famous Space Needle. With one bedroom and an additional convertible sofa bed, it's one of the best values in the Downtown Seattle area for solo travelers or up to 4 guests.

A fully equipped modern kitchen, Wi-Fi, and 2 LCD HDTVs ensures that you get the all the comforts of home. The professionally installed queen sized hotel mattress with 800 thread-count sheets means you're in for a very comfortable stay. This home away from home features secure on-site parking, a well equipped fitness center, including sauna, pool and hot tub, two rooftop decks, and a private courtyard.

And that view! From your couch, you have an expansive view of Elliott Bay, Puget Sound, West Seattle and the Olympic Mountains from your living room bay window. That same billion dollar view is repeated from the bedroom. Soak it up, it is vistas like this that make Seattle the most beautiful city in America!

Please be aware that A/C is provided via a window unit during summer months (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

About Darik Eaton

My wife, Sally and I are excited for you to stay with us! We originally purchased a condo in Belltown to use as a second home in the winter of 2007.

Because of our knack at hosting, great marketing and amazing design, what was just an investment has become a full time business. We currently have 40 properties in the heart of Downtown Seattle that we either own or manage on the behalf of others.

Sally is an interior designer by trade, and I'm sure you'll be able to tell when it comes to the quality items to help you feel comfortable while you are staying with us.

We take our position as hosts very seriously. Our condos are cleaned immaculately and have the best staff in the business. We are both foodies, and welcome the ability to share with you the best places in the city!

Thanks, and we look forward to hosting you!

Guestbook comments from the manager

My husband and I stayed at Seattle Oasis for 3 nights in June. There was a wonderful view of the water and

it's located within walking distance of Seattle Center. We took the train from Seattle Center to within 4 blocks

of Pike's Market. There are many good restaurants in the area where we stayed. We also enjoyed watching

the dogs at the dog park one block east and two blocks north of Oasis. The apartment was very clean and

luxurious.

Surprisingly quiet, great view & perfect location!

  • 5 of 5

This property was perfect for the second leg of our honeymoon, we wanted to be in the middle of Seattle and this location allowed us to be exactly there! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in the downtown area without having to worry about paying all of the outrageous parking fees when you drive. We felt extremely safe and even though we were right in the middle of a busy downtown area we heard very little noise coming from the streets and other neighbors. This condo was very clean and we felt right at home with a little modern twist! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who ask!

Beautiful condo, well appointed, within walking distance to fantastic restaurants.

  • 5 of 5

Mornings were on the bedroom balcony overlooking the harbor, drinking coffee and people watching! We ate at almost every restaurant on the block - every one of them fantastic! We walked to Pike Market, the Space Needle and waterfront. The best part was coming home to a beautiful, plenty large enough condo for two people with air-conditioning and free parking - both an A+ in Seattle! The condo itself is well appointed and very attractive as the pictures show. Every window has a beautiful view.

Location you know is what they say. This was the second time we stayed at the Belltown Court. The inside courtyard is beautiful! Be sure to go up to the rooftop to see the view, it is stunning especially at sunset!

This will be our first pick of places to stay from now on when we stay in Seattle!

This place feels brand new! Light and bright and a beautiful view of the water. The location is perfect, you can walk to all the sites you want to visit. There is a bakery next door and a couple restaurants. Pike's place is only a couple blocks away!

Perfect Seattle Stay

  • 5 of 5

We were in town for an event at Key Arena, and our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. The apartment is perfectly located in Belltown, a fun and restaurant-packed area of Seattle, and a short walk to the Seattle Center and Key Arena.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, completely outfitted with every amenity, and has a stunning water view. The sleeper sofa in the living room is comfortable and there are more than enough additional linens for the sofa and the queen bed in the bedroom.

We loved the apartment and the service, and will definitely be back!
