Tuscany is a land rich with history, culture and medieval beauty. Many of us venture to this enlightened land for inspiration and the hope that somewhere, somehow we might rediscover a tiny spark of the essence that makes us human. We leave behind our reliance on machines and the material world and embark upon a journey requiring only absorption, stillness and the appreciation of beauty. A day spent awash in fragrant pines and stately cypress provides enough elixir for most of us to just marvel at the world around us. Tuscany's pace is slow and relaxed and is meant to be inhaled with verve and gusto. So go, and enjoy!
