Located on Middle Gulf Drive, Sundial G307 is a privately owned One bedroom/One bathroom gulf view condo. This third floor unit offers full kitchen, TV, VCR, stereo and Laundry facilities on-site.
****Fall Projects begin 9/6/16 and completion expected approx. 12/16/16. Some buildings will be closed for landscaping, elevators, electrical meters and parking lot work. Workers will be onsite and you may hear project noise. No discounts or compensation will be provided.****

When I arrived the ceiling above the balcony door was leaking from the recent heavy rains; the drapes were stained and torn. The carpet and the living room furniture were filthy and the springs in the mattress were collapsed. Beyond the lack of cleanliness, the place was generally shabby; the kitchen and bathroom are badly in need of updates.
The management company responded to many of my concerns; they cleaned the carpets and furniture and replaced the mattress. But the truth of the matter is that this place should not have been offered for rent at all in the condition it was in. The owner should be ashamed for renting this at market prices considering the condition.
The property owner was very pleasant to speak to on the phone. The condo was nicely furnished. AC worked well. Kitchen was nice, fridge was clean and functional and we prepared a good deal of our breakfast meals. Ate out a few times and actually found Jerry’s to be an excellent place for dinner with excellent food and reasonable prices and a grocery store to shop for supplies. Pool was very nice and clean and just a short distance from the condo.
View of the ocean from the lanai but not ocean front. Bathroom was clean and functional. Condo could use a GOOD deep cleaning though as dust seen thickly collecting on the upper drapes near the bed. Not vacuumed cleaned in a very long time. Edges of the drape closest to the window and opening to the lanai were torn and deteriorating most likely from exposure to the sun. Need to be replaced. The hairdryer did not work but was remedied by a workman who was very pleasant and actually brought a hand drier to the room promptly.
Make sure you wear slippers as the tile floors although looking clean were not in fact. Feet were blackened on the soles when examined. Drapes were scraping the ceiling and loosening the cement found in white chunks near the opening to the lanai. Should probably invest in a good cleaning team. We did not spend much time in this condo. Most likely would rent again from Sundial as many properties. Probably would not rent this unit again.
