Fully remodeled & professionally decorated, this condo features a spacious Master Suite, a second bedroom with a Queen bed and direct access to hall bath and a third cozy bedroom with day bed and pop up trundle that is great for kids.The work station in the Living Area allows guests ample room to spread out and get work done if needed. Pt. Santo has recently upgraded the network for the complex and high speed WiFi is included at no cost with our condo for those who must stay connected.

It's the Little Things...

We just returned from a weekly rental February 11-18 2017. We had stayed in other units at Pointe Santo, but never in the C Building. We were VERY pleasantly surprised, the unit faces the Gulf squarely but is set back far enough to give the view some context with palms, the lagoon, clubhouse, etc., and was very quiet. The unit itself was intelligently designed, well appointed and very clean. There were only two of us, and we used the master bedroom, but the two spare bedrooms gave us places to store our clothes separate from the other living areas.

But the little things made this a five-star stay: plenty of towels and TP; dishwasher and laundry tabs and trash bags provided; excellent beach chairs and implements available; a desk for the few times work got in the way of vacationing; a keyless door entry (you can't appreciate how good this is until you are there); fast and reliable wifi; comfortable furniture; a kitchen stocked with dishes, etc., for those, like us, who like to buy fresh fish and cook most of our dinners.

The unit is a penthouse, end unit. The end unit means a few extra windows allowing plenty of natural light in. The penthouse means a rooftop deck accessible by a spiral staircase on the lanai. The ONLY negative was that during one windy day/night, the heavy plastic cover shielding the entry to the rooftop flapped in the wind and made quite the noise. Not a big deal once we discovered what it was and we simply closed the door from the master bedroom to the lanai. Otherwise, we didn't use the rooftop at all, but it was well equipped and appointed for those that would.

The attention to the details took this from a good to a great stay, there were simply a number of niggling details that we didn't have to waste any worry on. We would not hesitate to recommend this owner or unit and hope to come back for another stay very soon.

Excellent end unit at a first-class resort

The unit is well maintained and offers great views. We didn't use the roof-top deck, but for those who will it's lovely and nicely outfitted with chairs and tables. Very quiet spot, ideal for those who want to relax, shell, and enjoy nature.

Lovely condo at a beautiful location

We just returned from a terrific stay at the property owned by Evans Wells. My husband and I had been on both Sanibel and Captiva many times when our children were younger, and decided to meet up with our now grown (3) children for some relaxation before the Holidays. The condo was perfect for us- modern, bright and cheerful, and equipped with everything we needed for cooking meals, accessing the beach, plenty of closet space, and beautiful views of the lagoon and gulf. Pointe Santo is in a great location, and we would be happy to return to this condo on future trips. Thank you to the Wells for your hospitality !

Everything we could have asked for!

We were looking for a relaxing get-away for a long overdue vacation with our mid-20's daughters and one of their boyfriends. The unit was clean, well furnished, and larger than we expected so they was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The view from the screened in porch is beautiful-overlooking the lagoon in the complex and the ocean just beyond.

The door to the unit uses a keypad for access which worked great, as we did not have to worry about carrying a key or having enough keys for everybody to go back and forth as they please.

Everything is so convenient, with the pool and hot tub being right off the beach, so you can go back and forth as desired. The resort has lounge chairs lined up along the edge of the beach, but they are cabled down so you cannot move them. But there are beach chairs and towels provided in the unit, so you can bring your own chairs to the beach if you want.

The unit offers a unique top deck accessed by a spiral staircase from the porch. While it is quite nice up top, the staircase is quite narrow and awkward if you want to bring up a drink or snack. We only used it once all week, as the screened in porch was just as nice.

The island is very relaxing and you can get to almost everything by bike path-there are many bike racks in the complex to store your bike, and it seems almost everyone rents bikes during their stay (us included).

We will return to Sanibel again for a vacation and would definitely stay at this unit again if available.

Sensational Sanibel!!

Perfect spot on Sanibel!

My family had the greatest time this week at Sanibel! Your home was the perfect spot for us offering cleanliness, wonderful space & views, incredible proximity! We had such a great time! The condo was immaculate upon arrival and fully equipped for every need! The massive closet & storage place was very much appreciated. The grounds were well landscaped & manicured with great view of ocean and a pristine beach to enjoy FABULOUS sunsets! Everything was perfect in every way. Thank you so much!

Great property and location

Well equipped and located. As advertised by owner. Liked the beach gear and toys that are available. Enough towels for bathrooms and beach for everybody. For parking two cars you should request from owner two stickers so you can park on a permit only spot for your second car. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking your own meals. We did not use the rooftop since it was too hot up there and there is no shade. Perhaps better for cooler time of the year. We were 4 adults and 1 kid and there was room to spare. Watch / ask for jelly-fish presence in the water before sending your kid into the beach waters. I would recommend this property for friends and family.
