When you're taking a break from all the activities that Summit County has to offer, relax in a cozy setting curled up on comfy leather sofas. Sitting next to the fireplace you can enjoy the views out the balcony or watch your favorite show on the large flat screen TV. A large, newly remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances provide the comforts of home, but the mountain views out the kitchen window won't let you forget your setting. 2 Bedrooms/2.5 baths and a queen sofa bed make this the perfect location for both couples and families. The upstairs bedrooms also provide stunning mountain views. With underground covered parking, an elevator, an on-site hot-tub and the Free Shuttle across the street, the location is fantastic. Well appointed rooms create a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere perfect for your Breckenridge vacation.

About Ryan V. Godsil
Michelle is originally from Longbranch, Washington, and Ryan is originally from Auburn, Alabama. We moved to Denver from Chicago in 2014, and we both work as management consultants spending much of our time on the road. Michelle is a graduate of Grinnell College in Iowa and has her MBA from the Thunderbird School of International Management. Although born and raised in Auburn (home to Auburn University), Ryan went away for school and graduated from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia and received his MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas. Ryan also proudly served as an Officer in the United States Navy and represents, along with his big brother, the 3rd generation in his family of Navy veterans. When we are not working, we enjoy being outdoors, sports, reading and traveling.

Why Ryan V. Godsil chose Breckenridge
After nearly a year of looking for the right condo in Summit County we purchased this unit in Sundowner II. We both travel every week for work so we know how important it is to be comfortable when away from home. As we looked for our perfect condo, we sought something close to the lifts and close to town. We also know that when on vacation the last thing one wants to worry about is parking or climbing stairs, especially with ski gear or luggage, so parking and an elevator were a must. Finally, we hoped to find all of that with a split floor plan and some reasonable mountain views. We found what we were looking for in this unit and promptly bought it in April 2010. We began renovating immediately starting with the dry wall and fireplace. We immediately replaced the furnishings and completely updated the kitchen. We then renovated the upstairs including new carpet, drywall and wood trim/doors. Additionally, we renovated the master bathroom. We have many more projects to get to, and if you continue to stay with us, you’ll be able to witness the transformation.

Great location, but dropped the ball on toiletries and other things
Great location. Great views. For a place advertised to sleep 6, there were 4 towels, not enough blankets, no hand soap, no laundry detergent, elevator broken for some time. Just a bunch of little things missing.
Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. We strive to create an excellent experience for our guests with a conveniently located, well-equipped condo at a fair price.
For our potential and future guests, we would like to address a couple of issues with this review. 1) Our unit absolutely sleeps six. As advertised, we have two queen-sized beds and a queen-sized pullout sofa. 2) Prior to a guest's arrival, we provide instructions for your stay that includes the owner's email addresses and cell phone numbers as well as contact information for the cleaning company. If the cleaning company did not adequately prepare for your arrival, we are more than happy to intervene and make sure you have the towels, linens and cleaning materials needed for your stay. However, we cannot fix an issue during a stay if we are not contacted about it. We will address these issues with the cleaning company, and we will call the property management company to better understand any problems with the elevator so that we can better communicate to our future guests. We also ask our future guests to contact us immediately when an issue arises, so that we can resolve in a timely manner.
It was amazing!!
The condo was perfect for us. We had six girls stay for a week and there was so much space we never felt on top of each other. The location could not be beat! We were a block from downtown and a block from the closest lift. Everything about our stay was great!! The girls from Ole Miss would highly recommend anyone stay at this condo:)

The condo was perfect it. It can accommodate six with no problem, walking distance to anything your party wants to do while your there, give it stay.
We had a WONDERFUL time at BRECK, this condo has great location, walk one block to Snowflake chair!.

Great space, great layout, great location, great owners... we loved our stay!
My husband and I took our two teenage boys to Breckenridge to ski over the holiday break. While the town was very crowded at that time of year, our stay was perfect.
It was easy to catch the bus right out front of the condo, ride the free shuttle to a lift, ski all day, take the 4 o’clock run back to the condo each evening. It’s so convenient that we came in for lunch one day and then we went right back out. We also enjoyed the hot tub that’s so close to the condo.
The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed and Ryan and Michelle were super fast to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this condo!
