7 Night Minimum Rental. This property is an updated Victorian, and was newly decorated in 2007 in excellent condition. It is 2 blocks from many local restaurants and is one block from the ski bus. The local bakery is also 2 blocks away for your morning pastry and coffee! The house is situated on a corner lot and is therefore very sunny in the morning. A pedestrian bikeway, cordoned off to thru traffic in spring, summer, and fall, is right at your front door on Hopkins Ave. Also, you can see Aspen Mountain from the front of the house to check out the ski conditions. There is also good fireworks viewing from the second floor deck.

This house has such great access to downtown Aspen. You can walk to the restaurants rather than worrying about parking, and you can catch a bus within a block to the ski slopes. A bike path allows for access to all the local trails.
We loved the cozy Victorian decoration. Excellent location within walking distance to town. Helpful maintenance staff on call to respond to our every need. Photos are accurate. Property is well taken care of and clean. Would recommend it highly.
My wife and I had some friends coming into town from Texas and Florida and found this place on vrbo. The pictures do not do this place justice. The layout of the house was perfect and allowed each couple to have their own bedroom and bath. You can get to almost anything in aspen with a short walk or bus ride to the other ski resorts. I would recommend this place to a family with children or a couples retreat. Next time we come to Aspen we will be staying here again.
The house was very clean and luxuriously quaint, well decorated - casual elegant, it had everything! Very close to town and in a quiet neighborhood. Owner was very accomodating and pleasant to deal with. We would love to stay here again next year!
