America's Mart Gift Show: We currently have availability for the July 2016 America's Mart show. Please be advised our rates for the show are $150/Night with an 8 night minimum.
*** Before you consider staying with us, please understand our suite is located in a residential building. We are a great value and consistently get strong reviews, however, our unit is not conducive to holding parties, loud music, or generally doing things considered disruptive to others after 11pm.
Our HOA has granted us permission to rent our unit on a short term basis, and our guests are expected to be 'neighborly' and respectful to other residents that live in the building. If this doesn't work for you, there are a lot of great downtown hotels more suitable for loud events. Many thanks for your understanding.

We're residents of Atlanta, familiar with all local attractions, amenities and businesses. Downtown Atlanta is our home.
We offer the best combination of price and value in the city. Don't stay at hotels. We're centrally located within walking distance of all major downtown locations: America's Mart, Centennial Olympic Park, CNN center, Phillips Arena, Georgia Dome, New World of Coca-Cola Museum, Georgia Aquarium.
From our guest book, June 2011...
Location, location, location! We had a delightful time in Atlanta for Primerica's bi-annual international convention. The condo exactly suited our needs and was vastly superior to a hotel room. We also loved the convenience or walking or taking Marta & Michael was a very gracious host. Blessings... .
This condo was perfect for us, it was a great size and a great price. We did not have a car but it was very close to a MARTA stop which made getting to and from the airport easy. The aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, CNN, and the College Football Hall of Fame where all a walkable distance. We got the City Pass which made these attractions VERY worth the money. Everything else we did was an Uber ride away and only cost about $6. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Atlanta!
Pros: this place was close walking distance to the world of Coca Cola Museum, Atlanta Aquarium, Centennial Olympic Park, CNN Building, the Ferris wheel, and various museums as well as numerous restaurants.. This is important because you will pay for parking anywhere downtown. We had a rental-car and were able to get a parking permit for our stay. We did need to drive to Publix grocery store for supplies. FYI, that store is on 10th St NW and Peachtree St. NW, but there is a parking garage accessible via 8th St. NW and it is free for Publix customers. This condo was well stocked with dishes, pans, appliances, utensils, towels and linens and a few miscellaneous sundries. The place was spacious and the elevators are extremely fast considering the building was built in 1962. Security and concierge service was awesome.
Cons: minor really, but still worth mentioning. There are some obvious renovations and updates made, but the bed and couch have seen better days. The week we were there was quite hot and we discovered the air conditioning in the bedroom did not work. There is a nice ceiling fan in the bedroom, but unfortunately the wiring was such that the pot lights stay on when it was in use-not practical when you want to use that fan overnight. The cooling unit in the living room was noisy and made it hard to hear the TV. Lighting in the main area was less than ideal; the positions and brightness were a bit off. The owners left good instructions on many things, but they should have left instructions regarding doing laundry. We were not familiar with Laundromat format and the requirement of using a special cash card to use the machines in the basement level. The bathroom could have benefitted from towel bars and hooks for hanging towels and a proper toilet paper roll holder mounted on a wall rather than the floor. Other minor things-the coffee maker requires the cone style paper filters, but baskets style filters were provided. And a box of Kleenex type tissues would have been nice.
Overall, we would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Much more economical than staying at the downtown hotels.
I strongly recommend to rent this place if you are in Atlanta for business or leisure. It will take you a 20 min ride and less than 5 min walk to get this place from airport. The building is safe. You will stay in close proximity to Olympic Park, CNN building, Conventional Center. If you like to walk around, this place is for you.
If you rent this place you will not regret your decision.
Unit has now been painted gray, so the pictures are no longer up to date, but furniture remains the same. Unit was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets were available. Michael, the host, responded to texts. Great downtown location. Check in/out process went smoothly. In order to earn a 5 star rating I suggest: A quick walk through to repair/tighten door handles...etc. Also recycle old magazines/tourist info...some of it was from 2010 so prices were inaccurate. Overall a great stay. Recommended.
I had a wonderful time and my stay at Peachtree Towers was one of the best parts !! Everything was within walking distance !! The condo was spacious with plenty of amenities to make you feel at home !! I will return to Atlanta soon and this place will be my first choice to stay again !!!
We looooved staying at this place! The owners were very easy to contact and they just made the entire experience very enjoyable and easy! The place is in a great location right downtown close to everything. It was super clean and homey! We loved everything about our stay. There's a concierge downstairs if you need anything and they were also really helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Atlanta!

Brief message from our property manager… Peachtree Towers in a residential building, subject to evening noise restrictions. This simply means being a good neighbor and keeping noise down to reasonable levels after 10pm. We have a great unit for business & sightseeing. If you are planning on hosting an event, we recommend the Days Inn or Best Western for your party.
