January 2017 Stay

We have returned to Breckinridge every January for the last 6 years. What we enjoy most about this property is it's unbeatable location- out the door to hop on the Quicksilver Lift, enjoy the amenities of downtown, drop the kids off to Daycare and Ski School, and unfortunately this trip, visit the Medical Clinic that is only 900 feet away! We had plenty of room for our family and especially appreciated having 4 nice bathrooms. Our only complaint is a lack of windows in the upstairs and although we felt the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to have our meals in, we didn't have a cabinet for food storage. Otherwise, we find it a great condo and had a wonderful time.

January 2017 Stay

Perfect location for a ski trip. Everyone could easily return from the slops for lunch and be back out for afternoon skiing. Easy walk to town. Ski school and ski rental were very conveniently located. Condo is a great floor plan with large table that set 10 so we could eat meals together. Good grocery store a short drive away.

what a great vacation

We love skiing Breckenridge and what a better way to enjoy it than in this very comfortable and well decorated penthouse. My wife and I with two other couples found this ski in/ ski out location very convenient to shopping and restaurants, to which we could easily walk if we so chose. We'll definitely recommend to our friends and hopefully return to this very condo. What a great vacation it was.

3 friends and I had a great stay at this place. We wanted plenty of space, walking distance to downtown and convenience to the trails of the mountain. While the interiors were a bit dated, it met our needs and expectations. We were there in August which is cool at night but the second floor did get a little stuffy. The indoor and outdoor hot tubs were fantastic.
