Recently remodeled, this two bedroom Breckenridge condo has a great layout where you and your family can sit back, relax and enjoy your time. In the living area, there is a brand new large flat screen TV as well as a gas fireplace. Through the windows you will see great views of town and the mountains. This is always a nice view, especially when you are getting ready for your morning runs. Other amenities this unit provides is a washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, ski storage, access to the common area indoor hot tubs, shared grill and a covered parking space. The Sawmill Creek complex is just 20 yards away from the Four O'clock ski run, and just a block into historic Main Street. For your convenience, all of our Sawmill Creek condos include access to our on-site operations office for maintenance questions/needs, supplies such as towels, or any other needs during your stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Loved the decor and furnishings. My wife thought it could use some higher quality kitchen utensils. We loved the proximity to lift and town.
We were very pleased with this condo. Perfect location at the end of the Four O'Clock run and just one street over from Main Street as well. All of the furnishings were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the log cabin feel of the condo too!
This was our 2nd year to stay in this Sawmill Creek Condo. The first year was enjoyable and we were looking forward to returning this year. However, this 2nd time was NOT good. My major complaint: There is a LOT of squeaky floor noise from the condo above. The floor noise got to a point that it woke you in the middle of the night when the residents above would get up to move around. You could always tell when the residents above were home, because you can definitely hear them clomping around. I do remember floor noise from the unit above the 1st year but the 2nd year, it seemed so much worse. We could hear our first morning there when the initial residents above checked out of their unit, bringing in a luggage trolley, walking around and leaving at 6 a.m. Then we could hear the next residents check in that afternoon, walking around their unit. I realize this condo owner can't do much about the noise from above, but we will find another unit to stay in within the Sawmill Creek Condo facility. So be forewarned: you will hear the upstairs neighbors when they walk around.
That said, the condo is nice. Pictures show exactly how the unit actually is. The beds were quite comfortable. The kitchen well equipped. Sawmill is an Excellent location at the end of 4 O'Clock run. You can Ski in, take your skis off, take steps to the elevator, and on up to the unit. Sweet. The hot tub on the ground floor was nice, and never crowded. A great way to end a long day of skiing.
Great Western Lodging did a great job of managing the property for the condo owner. Our requests to them were handled very quickly.
we actually stayed at this place in January 2013 on MLK weekend. We went with another couple and it was seriously so awesome! It is the perfect location! You can walk to town to all the shops, restaurants and bars or it's a quick drive to the lifts. you can ski in and out from the condo up a small path but we never tried - we did see a lot of people doing it though! The place is decorated so cute! All of our friends at home were envious of our vacation! views of the mountains are right out the balcony! the place is super clean, well maintained and super easy to check in and check out of. highly recommend!
