This bright first-floor villa features a modern decor with hardwood floors, updated kitchen and bathroom, screened porch, and partial ocean views. The community pool and ocean are steps away.

The open concept living room area offers a large flat screen TV, queen sleeper sofa, twin sleeper sofa, and breakfast bar with stools. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a cozy dining nook. A sliding door leads from the living room to a private screened porch, where you can enjoy outdoor dining or relaxing on the over sized porch swing. Steps from the screened porch lead to the manicured lawn, gas grill, community pool, and beach.

The bedroom is furnished with a king bed, twin sleeper sofa, and flat screen TV. Linens are included. An additional sliding glass door leads from the bedroom to the screened porch. A washer and dryer are included for your convenience.

Port O`Call Villas is a gated community offering free parking and free access to the community swimming pool. The villa includes 2 televisions, a DVD player, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and a starter supply of paper products and detergents.

Great for 2 People

I would recommend this property to a party of 2 max only. The condo is nicely furnished and decorated but the pullout sofas are extremely uncomfortable. We had to go buy a foam pad from Target to make the sofa usable as a bed. The management company is very responsive and checked in with us a couple of times. Also, the beach was very crowded at the unit. Lots of families with young children. We ended up going over to Sullivan's Island a couple of days for a quieter beach.

Great experience~Highly recommend!

We were very hesitant to search for vacation rentals through the internet after a very bad experience, but were extremely happy with the results this time. D103 Port O' Call was exactly what we were looking for; close to the beach and roomy enough for our family of 3 and affordable. The beach was beautiful, not crowded at all and the condo unit was updated with nice comfortable furniture and sleeping arrangements. The linens and towells provided were so helpful! One less thing to pack is always nice.

Our only suggestion would be for the owners to reconsider the window treatments in the living area. We felt like we were on display for the neighbors at night because the drapes were see through. It would also be nice to have a phone in the condo for local calls. We were unable to get cell phone service in the unit and had to walk outside to make calls.

This was our first visit to the Isle of Palms and we will definitely be returning, the only thing we'll make sure to do next time is research good places to eat before we visit the area. We were hoping there would be info. in the condo provided from the realtor, but no such luck. We drove around aimlessly trying to find good seafood restaurants in the Isle of Palms/Mount Pleasant area and didn't have much success. What we did find in the phonebook was either closed or didn't open until later in the evening.

The Isle of Palms consists of 5 miles of beach and the northern tip ends at Wild Dunes Resort. It is very close to Sullivan's Island, and Mt. Pleasant, and is only 15 miles to downtown Charleston. There are many activities very close to enjoy- sight seeing, restaurants, golf, tennis, water sports, jet skiing, boat rentals, Isle of Palms Marina, and Isle of Palms Recreation Center. The Harris Teeter sits right beside the Isle of Palms Connector for your grocery needs. The Isle of Palms front beach is also a great choice for restaurants and souvenirs.
