Tenants have unlimited use of the 5000 square foot Fitness Center with new fitness equipment. This is our vacation home and rental property. We have been homeowners at The Lakes Country Club since 1988 when we bought one of the model homes. This is our second purchase at The Lakes and bought a larger home.

The best facility and most beautiful Country Club in the Coachella Valley. There are 22 lakes throughout the complex with 44 pools. This property is unique to the country club because of its views. It has double fairway views, Fairway lake view, and cascading river lake views. Lake 13 and Lake 14 are the lakes that this home views. Also Lake 13 is the first lake being rebuilt by the Association since the complex was built in 1983. It is spectacularly beautiful and faces are outside patio, kitchen and living room.
