This non smoking apartment has been completely remodeled. It has a new kitchen and laminate flooring thru-out. “The shower room” was just completely rebuilt in May of 2006.
It features a large soaking tub and adjacent shower. The central air-conditioning unit was replaced in June of 2006 also.
Enjoy your morning coffee on your lanai while watching the cool blue sea. The lanai also looks directly down on the property's swimming pool!
The building is located on the quiet side of Waikiki. It is also central to nearly everything. The building itself is quiet, about half residential and very safe with friendly 24-hour security personnel. Walking distance to the famous International Market place, Kapiolani park and the world-class shopping and dining of Kalakaua Ave. The beach is just down the street--minutes by foot. The public bus as well as the Waikiki trolley stop in front of the building next door.
This one bedroom apartment features a gardem tub in the bathroom. The best way to relax after a long day of sightseeing is soaking in hot water. There is an adjacent shower area. The toilet area is in its own separate room and the vanity area is outside of the bathing and toilet area too.
The apartment has two twin-sized beds in the bedroom. In the living room there is a double size sofa sleeper and a TV with over 60 channels. There is a large pool, coin-operated laundry and a great steak house restaurant on site. We offer some beach gear. This is a very clean place in a great location that you are sure to enjoy.

We are pleased that you are interested in our home away from home. We have lived on the island for years and live close to town so we would be able to avail ourselves if you need to make your stay more comfortable. I have worked in the hotel industry for years in different capacities. I was an executive housekeeper so I understand the standard of cleanliness. I am an artist. I have been a handyman and renovation contractor for the hotels for years.
We did a few years of research searching out a condominium that had an above average reputation, was built well, and had a great location close to the beach. We picked the right place! The building management company is excellent, the security guards are friendly and helpful, and they do a great job. The condo is a secured building, has a great swimming pool, laundry facility, parking, and is 2 blocks from the beach. We have received above average compliments from our guests about our quality condos, great location staff, cleanliness, and service Please read our great reviews and we hope you choose us for your vacation travels.

This is our 4th year in a row staying in one of Gary and Merry's condos in this building, and it didn't disappoint. We were on the 12th floor, which offered great views of Waikiki Beach. The condo itself is located near the Honolulu Zoo end of Kuhio Avenue. This might not seem like a great location, but it really is ideal as you are away from the zoo-like atmosphere that can be the middle of Waikiki. Besides, everything you would want is within a 5-10 minute walk of the building, including all of the shopping, restaurants, nightlife, etc. The condo was more than spacious enough one couple and it had pretty much everything you'd need for a stay of one day to two weeks. Towels galore! So many towels. Merry was extremely helpful and conscientious about answering any questions we had and was sure to check in with us if she wasn't able to greet us upon arrival. One thing to remember: Gary and Merry's condos are just that--privately owned condos. They are not hotel rooms, so there won't be any turn-down service or complementary laundry service. But that's all right! That's how they keep the prices so reasonable and the units so comfortable. There are laundry facilities in the building, some beach gear (i.e., mats, chairs, snorkeling masks, etc., depending on the unit), a refrigerator, kitchen utensils, a stove/hot plate, coffee maker, and various other small appliances. There is also a large, pretty, swimming pool that usually has no more than a few people ever in it. By the way, there is a small, casual eatery across the street from the condo in the pink building called Ruffage. It's a great place for sandwiches and bowls and they have great prices, too. Please, though, if you are a first time visitor to Hawaii, rent a car and get out of Waikiki! Oahu has so many great places to see and visit and it would be a shame if your only impression of the island is Waikiki, which is wonderful, but there are beaches on the other parts of the island that will take your breath away. And when you get back to the condo, you can have a nice shower and relax on the lanai while watching the sunset and city lights. If you're there on a Friday night, take a 15 minute walk down to the beach off of Fort Derussy and watch the fireworks display being set off from the Hilton Hawaiian Village. I whole heartedly recommend Gary and Merry's condos.
We stayed in this apartment for 9 nights. Mum, Dad and two grown up kids. The location is fantastic. Only minutes to the beach. With shops, restaurants virtually at your doorstep. The apartment was clean, tidy and well presented as per the description and photos. The access to an onsite car park was a blessing as we had a rental car for the duration of our stay. We made great use of the beach towels and the rest of the beach gear for our daily trip to the many beaches on Oahu. Our dealings with Merry and Gary from here in New Zealand could not had been any easier. Merry also made contact with us on Day 1 just to make sure we were settled in and if we had any questions. Gary and Merry were always just a phone call away. Finally the only downside is we have to wait another 12 months before we can come back to enjoy this fantastic location.

We have a new room on the 16 th floor as well. Enjoy your morning coffee on your cushioned rattan chairs while watching the surfer action on one of Waikiki’s most popular surfing spots, right from the comfort of your lanai!
