We sure enjoyed our stay in this pleasant Frisco home. We were a family of 5 and the spaces and bedrooms were perfect for us. Great location for hiking the trails or an easy walk to town. We hope to be back soon!,

great stay!

  • 5 of 5

My husband, daughter, and I had a fabulous time staying at this house for 5 months. There are great trails nearby including a nice hike to Rainbow Lake. The house is also an enjoyable walk to downtown and restaurants. People in Frisco are extremely friendly. Although the town is very close to skiing and biking trails, it is also a living city, not just a resort town.

The house is super comfortable with everything you need. The living room is a great place to spend time and relax.

Our daughter attended the local elementary during our stay - it was fantastic!

The owner is extremely accommodating, easy to reach, and very responsive. We highly recommend it and hope to return!

Perfect for a family vacation

  • 5 of 5

We love the layout with a separate bathroom for each bedroom. This home was so cozy, yet roomy and perfect for our family ski vacation. A convenient walk to main street was a plus! We also enjoyed the hot tub and grill on the back deck. We will definitely make it a point to be back. Thank you!

Family Vacation in Frisco

  • 5 of 5

My family had an amazing vacation at this condo. The owners were very helpful and informative in making arrangements with us. The layout was perfect for my wife and I, along with our toddler and dog. We walked to the Frisco Family Funcenter at the end of the block everyday to let my son and dog get out some energy, and hiked the trails to Rainbow Lake, which I definitely recommend. The town itself has so much charm, making the convenient location of the condo another great attribute. We could do a lot in between nap times, adding to our vacation enjoyment. We utilized the hot tub and grill, and enjoyed talking to the locals in the neighborhood. I used the Summit Stage free bus system to get between Frisco and Copper Mountain easily for special events. I don't have a negative thing to say about the condo except we wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to return again in the future, and can't recommend this property enough.

About The Owner

This townhouse has been our family vacation home for 25 years and has provided great memories for all 3 generations . We're happy to share the fun of a get-away home in the mountains. Enjoy it as your own.

The Owner purchased this townhome in 1994

Why The Owner chose Frisco

Frisco, Colorado has been a great meeting place for members of our family scattered from Texas to Chicago and San Diego. It's easy to fly in and drive up. Three generations from 85 years to 15 years old relax, play, learn new sports, and challenge each other. The free bus system allows some independence.

What makes this townhome unique

There is a yard and nearby school playground for the children. Hiking into the mountains and biking trails to towns and resorts are 3 blocks away. Easy strolls to the shops in Frisco or to Rainbow Lake can be an adventure for the young and old. A morning stroll to get coffee and a newspaper is a great way to begin the day. Frisco is also a dog-friendly town, from shops that give out dog treats to pet-accessible trails to the K-9 4-K run in August.

Guestbook comments from the manager

My husband and I stayed in the lower level bedroom since we are the first to rise in the morning and could sneak up for coffee without awakening the others. The 2 bedrooms upstairs were great especially with the separate baths. Enjoyede having the washer and dryer in the unit also. The younger dog LOVED all the stairs because she likes to launch!! We walked into town a few times despite the single digit temps. It was nice not to have to use a car everywhere we went. My daughters took the dogs on the walking trail and/or school yard to play ball everyday. All in all it was perfect for our family. Thanks so much for sharing.
