Enjoy the world-class amenities of Wild Dunes Resort from our charming three bedroom, three bath Grand Pavilion home - located in the Seaside/Grand Pavilion area on a quiet, tree-lined street in the most sought after area of the resort. The wonderful distinctive architectural style of this area is the true heart and soul of Wild Dunes. From the front door of this lovely home to the water’s edge is less than a three minute walk.
This house offers full access to the Grand Pavilion area - including the 2 oceanfront Grand Pavilion pools! It also comes with the Wild dunes sportscard so you can enjoy all of the amenities the resort has to enjoy.
Porches are the central theme of all the Seaside houses. A large front porch with old-fashioned rocking chairs, porch swing, and hammock is perfect for greeting friends and neighbors walking by on their way to all the social activities at the Grand Pavilion. The expansive back porch is perfect for outdoor dining and lounging in softly cushioned sofas and chairs.
This 2000 square foot home that has been professionally decorated is perfect for gatherings, both large and small.
The spacious house (with beautiful heart-pine flooring throughout) features three bedrooms. A master with attached bath comes with a king feather bed and has a private entrance to the back porch. The guestroom, located just off the living room, offers a queen size feather bed and private bath. The final bedroom has two bunk beds – also with feather beds and shares the bath that opens to the living area. The younger generation will love being able to have constant sleep-overs! The upscale sofa in the living area is also a pull out queen sleeper, offering extra room for guests. All beds come complete with luxurious 300 count cotton sateen sheets.
The generously sized main living area stretches from the front door to the back door, with a wood burning fireplace as the central focal point. The open kitchen comes with everything you will need for entertaining family and friends.
Open to both the main living area and with French doors leading to the back porch, the chef will never feel left out of the party.
We have taken every opportunity to make you feel at home. There is a TV in every bedroom and we have added High Speed Internet for those that want to 'stay in touch'. And of course, we offer a Wild Dunes Sportscard that will give you access to all the activities the resort has to offer.

Had a great week at your beautiful home!
The decor is great and nothing was lacking. Very comfortable! And Beth Keetch was a great help! We'll be back! Thanks!
Great location...very comfortable!
My wife and I stayed at this house for two weeks in September. The location is phenomenal with easy walking access to beach, pools, restaurants, and bars.
The house was really comfortable...the only improvement we would ask for is several luggage racks as you tend to live out of a suitcase on vacation. The decks front and back (screened in back) are great places to hang out.
The property manager was very easy to deal/communicate with.
Recommend highly and we will be back!
Can't beat the location of this property, centrally located in the Wild Dunes resort. We loved the short, paved walk to the beach. The neighborhood itself was very quiet too, which we appreciated. All appliances worked well. We didn't take much advantage of the front porch because it was very hot and humid during our visit. We had dinner one night on the back screened in porch.
I vacationed with my 13 and 10 year old children. We all agreed that the home was quite spacious but in need of some upgrades and upkeep, based on similiarly priced vacation homes we have visited in the past.
-the home is very dark and needs more lighting. Because of the darkness and the decor (red and green theme with dark furniture), the house doesn't feel beachy.
-the queen bed in the front bedroom needs to be replaced. Creaky and lumpy. Not a comfy sleep. The master bedroom was very comfortable though.
-the bedrooms dressers need to be inspected due to lose or falling hardware.
-kitchen needs more containers for food storage - I bought a pack and left it for the next guests. Also, the kitchen in general could use an upgrade... Formica kitchen tops should be upgraded.
-the BBQ grill is on its last leg.
I wanted to score the home a 3.5 and my kids thought a 3, but giving a 4 because it has a lot of potential with modest upgrades, and the location and spaciousness are really great.
Great location and very nice home!
First time to Isle of Palms and Wild Dunes. Overall had a great time. Felt beach/pool way over crowded at resort. Will probably stay out of the Grand Pavillion next time but if being close the the facility is important to you it is very nice. House itself was great!
Everything as promised!
We found this property to be very consistent with the ads - clean, comfortable, convenient and nicely updated. Had almost everything we could possibly need and super convenient to the Grand Pavilion. Definitely recommend renting a golf cart which they will deliver to your door to explore the resort. Also reserve beach chairs and umbrellas in advance if needed.
The porches are wonderful
The house had an old southern feel. It is very cozy.
