Welcome to one of the most peaceful areas in Panama City Beach!! Ramsgate Harbour is located at the very west end of Front Beach Road with HUGE ADVANTAGES!! First, it is only three stories high and spreads the 66 units along the beach so that it is somewhat a private beach! We are far away from the 'spring break' hustle and bustle, yet close enough you can enjoy everything there is to offer... including a quiet atmosphere away from all the high rises with their crowded beaches. In addition, we do not have traffic like on 30A where you sit forever, just trying to get to the store or restaurants! We are right on the corner of Front Beach Road and HWY 98. We do what the locals do.... zip down 98 till you are abeam your desired location, then cut through to Panama City Beach or 30A and save the hassles of fighting the traffic during the busy seasons!

Unit #65 is an upstairs/downstairs unit and located on what we call the second floor....which is actually the second level up above the covered parking. The door is Electronic Entry so you do not have to drive somewhere late at night to pick up the key on arrival. Another advantage is not having to worry about who has the key, or what part of the beach you should start digging for it!! The view from the front door straight through to the beach will warm your heart as soon as you step inside to set your bags down! The unit has wood and tile floors on the first level and all carpet on the second. The kitchen is freshly renovated with granite and all new appliances. This is an up to date unit and not the typical run of the mill beach condo. Washer and dryer are in unit along with all the kitchen appliances and utensils. Because of the way the units are set up, they all offer fantastic views---just hope you can sleep with the surf rolling gently in the background. We are located near the pool but not directly in front of it, giving you the quiet privacy of the beach and yet still within a short walk to the pool and grill area. Perfect if you want to enjoy the amenities without having to carry a ton of stuff a long distance, or if you have children that want to use the pool. This is NOT A PARTY AREA or unit and is strictly enforced so that our owners and guests can enjoy the tranquility of the moment without interruption!

The best part of the location of Ramsgate Harbour besides the quiet beach, is our easy access to all attractions via HWY 98 that Panama City Beach and 30A do not have. You can get to Seaside in 15 min, Pier Park in 10 (Mall, Shops, Restaurants, Pier, 16 room movie theater), Miniature golf in 20, and some of the best golf courses in the area in 10 to 15. Bayou Bill's is just across the street, Publix is 200 yards away, a donut shop and a local eatery (hole in the wall called 'SunnySide Grille') are just down the street. We will be constantly updating the map on this website to indicate places that might interest you during your stay....assuming you even want to leave the place!! So please come and relax....knowing you are in a quiet and safe area away from the attractions, yet close enough to enjoy any and all you wish to partake in! ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY make sure and give me a heads up!! Oh, and did I say to bring a good book?!

Great location, oceanfront, pool and cabana

5 girlfriends stayed in this condo for a girls beach trip. We had a wonderful time. This unit is part of a 66 unit 3 story condo complex that includes a great pool, pool area and covered cabana area with very nice restrooms so you don't have to go back up to your condo. There are several outdoor charcoal grills available for use in a well lit area. The ocean views from all the units are perfect, we watched dolphins most mornings and evenings either from the beach or our covered patios. Location is great, we had stayed over on 30 A a few years and had to drive to everything, however here there is a great seafood restaurant across the street, Bayou Bills, and within very easy walking is a large grocery, pharmacy, donut shop, Waffle House and liquor store. The beach is clean, with sugar white sand. We were able to walk out a long way before it got very deep, and while we' were there the water was very clear. We could watch fish, crabs and shells that were floating at the bottom of the water. Now for the condo unit itself, it is just as the photos indicate, however you don't see the wear and tear that is pretty obvious upon arrival. Some lights didn't work, ceiling vents needed cleaned badly, and the shower control in hall bathroom was loose and fell off repeatedly. The carpeting on stairs could use a good cleaning and painting in areas would certainly give the place a fresh feel. These are all minor things and shouldn't stop you from renting this unit. The location, easy access, and well kept exterior property are worth your trip. You won't be sorry, I know we all hated to leave.

A little slice of paradise

I ended up booking this condo because of the positive reviews. My main issue before booking was the mirrored walls. I thought it was a bit strange and that all I would notice, was myself. I also looked at the view and wondered if it was a zoomed in picture. Let me just say that the view is spectacular, and the mirrored walls only enhance it!!!

This condo was clean and very beautiful. The couch looks a bit dated (very comfortable though), and there are a few cosmetic changes that could be made, but none of that will matter once you settle in.

The condo is located all the way on the west end, close to Rosemary Beach, and 30A. When getting in, the first thing you'll note is the stairs to get to the condo. Four flights with a total of 32 steps. The only time they were terrible is when hauling all of our bags, but again, the condo was incredibly worth it. Walking in the door, your first visual is the turquoise water and palm trees. Chances are you will drop your bags and head toward the first balcony to take in the beauty. The upstairs has another balcony with an even better view. The beds were very comfortable with great pillows. The air worked perfectly. There is also a little closet that contains some beach toys/floaties that came in handy.

Across the street is Publix, CVS, Winn Dixie, two liquor stores, gas stations, Dunkin Donuts, and Bayou Bills. To the right of the property is another little village of condos/property. There you can rent bikes, paddle board, or kayaks, find a place to eat, shop, or take a walk. As stated before, 30A and Rosemary Beach are close and you can rent a bike and marvel at the houses over there. Paris Hilton owns one! They have great restaurants and little shops as well.

Despite being on the west end, getting into town was easy. There are so many things to do and so many places to eat. I highly suggest Chicken Salad Chick, and Moes BBQ.

Everything about this condo was perfect. The sparsely populated beach, the proximity of the pool and beach, the wonderful neighbors we met, and mostly working with Gil. He was always available to answer questions, offer suggestions on places to go or see, and was accommodating to us with some of our requests. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this condo. We will be back without a doubt!

Great Condo with a Wonderful View

This very clean condo is really close to the pool and beach access point which was great when carting the beach gear to and from the beach. The kitchen has recently been renovated and was nicely stocked with pots, pans etc. And nothing beats the balcony views. I've been going to the Ramsgate Harbour for about 10 years now. Its has a great family friendly atmosphere.

The only issue I had was that the cable remote didn't work but Gil was extremely responsive and is having the cable company send out a replacement. In fact, Gil was very responsive throughout the entire rental process. Any questions I had were answered very quickly!

My family and I can't wait to go back!

A Little paradise

Breezy #65 was perfect. The unit was very nice, clean and simple, just the way we like it. The beach was really close, and very well maintained. We can't wait to come back. The beds were quite comfortable and so was the blue couch. The a/c was nice and cold, and we really loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning and listening to the ocean. The beach was our main attraction. The included beach chairs and umbrella kept us from getting too fried. The water was easy to get into, with no holes or rocks. Also shallow for quite a ways out. The sand was like walking on sugar. Many attractions and restaurants are close by, and so are gocery stores if you just want to save some dough. My little 9 year old had a blast!!! Panama City Beach Trip July 2016

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Breezy #65 is a great value. It's not a luxury palace but it was very nice, clean and functional. The unit is very close to the pool so you can watch your children from one of the two walk out patio/decks. Most importantly the unit is a very short distance from the beach. There is a nice grocery store across the street and within walking distance. The air conditioning system works awesome...several times my kids complained of being cold and it was 95 degrees outside. Also, with three children the 2.5 baths was great. This unit was recommended to me by a relative and I would certainly feel comfortable recommending it to others. We spent most of our time at the condo/pool/beach but there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby if that's your thing. Lastly, the owner, Gil, was easy to work with and a really nice fellow.
