So this place was ok. The location was good for our needs. There were shops and restaurants around. Not super close to Disney. About 15 miles...which for 5 days took about 1 hour to get to in the morning. A lot of traffic congestion. The first day the kids wanted to go swimming but came back and said that the pool was disgusting. I tried to call the front desk but couldn't get through. Since we were going out for the day, I decided to go the front desk...that also took a long time. I told them the issue but they didn't really care. They're attitude was well its the public pool so its not our job to deal with it, they would tell the homeowners people. It did get cleaned. There was a lot of goop in the window sill of the master bathroom and a dead bug. There was also mold in the coffee ground reservoir. Plus a dirty coffee pot. There were other things I won't bother to mention. I did bring this to the attention of the owners but I guess it wasn't really they're deal. She said she'd forward the pictures to the homeowners association. The beds were ok, the master bed was really high, i literally had to jump in and out, the kitchen had everything you need and the washer and dryer came in handy. Recommendations: light blocking curtains, luggage racks for suitcases. It is on the top floor so there are stairs. That might be an issue for some. Overall, it suited our needs and having the extra bedroom to take a nap in was good and a second bathroom. I will mention that I had a bit of trouble getting in to the location as I didn't get the instructions and the homeowner was very readily there to help with that. I didn't like having to go to the office to register. I figure if I rent a home than I show up get a key and that's it. Not here. They threatened to lock us out.
