Family vacation for one week

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I were here with our three teenage daughters. There was plenty of room for all of us. The beds are comfortable. The girls loved the hot tub. The kitchen and dining room was perfect for making meals and enjoying time together. We spent a lot of time on the porch reading. Very enjoyable. Only downside is the wifi... Very spotty if you are not in the immediate area of the router.

Great Get-Away!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed for 5 nights in July 2013 with our teen children. The 4 of us LOVED this house and the town. It was a seven minute walk to the coffee shop downtown, and a ten minute drive to Oval Beach. The beach was the best I have ever been to. The house had everything from plates and silverware to corkscrews and cutting boards. The appliances were new, house was clean and we enjoyed the hot tub and screened in porch. The staff was responsive and touched base with us to make sure everything was perfect -- it was, we will be back!

Short family vacation

  • 5 of 5

We had a last minute family getaway and stayed at the cottage. Quaint cottages were very helpful and friendly, and we were able to stay without much prior notice. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. We had plenty of space for our family of 6 with extra room with the porch and outdoor picnic table. We were able to use the grill and hot tub and could easily walk to local restaurants. Oval beach and the Saugatuck dunes were great! We rent through vrbo frequently, and this is the second rental through quaint cottages. They have been great to rent from.

Wonderful After Christmas Experience

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here for a long weekend right after Christmas. What a wonderful location and home! The home is layed out perfectly for a group of couples such as ours, and I'm certain it would be great for a family as well. The kitchen is very well stocked with plates, glasses and small appliances. Only small complaint was the front screened/glassed in porch had a very pungent smoke smell. I assume other renters or the owner use this for smoking in the winter. Would definitely book again!
