About The Owner

Paul and Francine purchased this home on their Honeymoon in 2002. Realizing the potential of this sturdy little unit, they set off to make it feel like home. A paint job, decorative accents, artwork, and renovation has turned this diamond in the rough into a much sought after property on the rental scene. Come experience the island as if you really could afford to live here, not as a guest in a mega villa, green with envy.

Excellent 9 night stay at Villa Flamboyant

  • 5 of 5

We spent 10 wonderful days at the villa and couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Upon our arrival we were greeted by the property manager who showed us the Villa and provided us with a thorough check out. She had also stocked the refrigerator with food and wine for dinner that first night. The Villa was very clean and in excellent condition with all the amenities one could ask for and with a very detailed information list supplied by owner. We will for sure stay at Villa Flamboyant on our next trip to St Barth and definitely recommend to others.

Paradise Found!

  • 5 of 5

Welcome to Villa Flamboyant, welcome to Paradise! Offering all the modern comforts, this beautiful villa truly has the Caribbean flare you desire when traveling to St. Barth. The villa is located in close proximity to all secluded, European style beaches. After spending your day exploring all the wonderments of the island, the villa offers total relaxation by the scenic pool, enhanced with lush tropical foliage, with hours of endless sun, either floating your stress away or lounging in the cabana with a good read. Fine cuisine, and elegant shopping are within close travels from the villa, and it is gratifying to know that two large master suites and baths wait to comfort you after your busy day exploring all that the island has to offer.

While preparing your own French cuisine from the many, easily accessible grocery stores on the island, the fully furnished kitchen offers a beautiful view of Marigot Bay and Pointe Milou. Should you desire to cook dinner outside, there is a gas grill by the pool, with a complete dining area under cover. The tranquil sitting area enables you to enjoy the peaceful outdoor scenery and sounds of Caribbean life into the late evening hours; while savoring the tasty sweets from the local French bakery, and drinking the local rum.

Some of the islands best snorkeling can be found in Marigot Bay, which is a located directly across the road from the villa. For those that need to stey "connected” during your travels, Villa Flamboyant has state of the art, surround sound entertainment, and the office (3rd bedroom) provides wireless internet access to conduct business the “Caribbean way”. The villa provides you exceptional housekeeping service, and the property manager will arrange any special requests that you desire while traveling to St. Barth.

If you are looking for a fabulous, comfortable place to stay, with exceptional value, and located near all points of interest, Villa Flamboyant will satisfy your dream vacation, welcome to St. Barth!

Outstanding Property

  • 5 of 5

We arrived 3/22/13 for one week, family of four with adult children. We searched many properties on the island and for the price during the peak season, this one offered the most. When we arrived, it did not disappoint. The owner is very good with timely communication and providing information on where to go, where to eat and activities. Could not ask for a better experience in dealing with him. We were met at the airport (SBH) by his local representative who guided us to the property. She was also very helpful with suggestions, a pleasure to deal with. In fact, when we were leaving, needed to fill up the rental car gas tank. The pay at the pump did not accept US credit cards (and the station was closed for good Friday) so she used her own and I paid her the Euros. Very helpful, thank you!!!! Honestly, the property pictures shown on this site, while accurate, do not really show just how pretty it is and how nice the surrounding area is. The beach across the street is truly steps away. Overall, the property is very clean. A house keeping service is provided at no additional cost, and we had her come every other day, but she will come every day if you choose. The pool is very clean and private. The outdoor space is perfect for entertaining, cooking out, etc. The island is quite small, and most everything is a short drive. You must rent a car, the smallest one that will fit your needs. Roads are narrow but driving is not bad once you get used to it. We visited many of the beaches, but St. Jean was my favorite. Plenty of eating choices, watching the planes land and take off. Plenty of water activities available, close parking. The local people were also a pleasure. Most all speak English as well as the native French, so we never experienced a language barrier. No trip to the island would be complete without a stop to Gustavia. Beautiful place, great shopping. Shell beach is close and a must see. Take the hike to Colombier beach, well worth it. Not a bad meal on the island, however most restaurants are quite expensive. The property has a full kitchen, we cooked in a few nights. A few local markets that you can get anything you'll need for meals. There is a great wine store close to the property, La Cave, huge selection. Overall, I'd highly recommend this property. An A+ experience all around. Take the WinAir flight into SBH, a neat experience, but make sure to book early to get the right flight and confirm your reservation!
