Two bedroom main house and one bed/bath Casita on private 2 acres exclusive use.

If you are looking for a private location for a quick getaway with your own pool and spa, this is it.

Book five nights and get an extra night free (some seasonal and holiday restrictions, please request in your reservation).

Shady patio, bar-be-cue island, and central heat and air conditioning with high speed internet. Internet TV and movies Roku or Apple TV and lots of room.

Palm Springs style mid century, tall windows, lots of view inside and outside. Modern granite and stainless steel kitchen.

This is not a shared property, when you rent, you are the only guests on two acres. Pets are welcome for flat fee ($25 each per stay), please let us know.

Enjoy the California King bed in the private Casita with its own bath. Main house has a master bedroom with a queen bed, second bedroom has a double and two twins - lots of space for everyone.

Two outdoor fire pits and views of the mountains (best to bring some wood).

43 Palm Trees, exotic trees, big views and one of the most private estates in the valley. Close in - about one mile from Christmas Circle in the established Country Club area near the new UCI research center. Excellent starting location for a bike or walk.

Not in all of Borrego is there a place as yummy as this. Once here, you will quit your job, sell your house and beg the owner to rent you this home forever. It is a true desert oasis with ageless Palm trees, Mesquite, Palo Verde and desert shrubs on two acres of privacy-- real privacy because there is actually a wall around the entire property (pet friendly, too).

And the views are breathtaking of the Santa Rosas, the San Ysidros, Font's Point, sunrises and sunsets. It feels like your own private retreat, a mid-century modern estate that harkens back to the 50's when there was graceful living; dinner out by the pool or the lanai or gazebo; midnight dips in the pool, a few moments in the spa before turning in for the night. In the bustle of modern life you need this home for a week or a month or a season anytime during the year. You will love the silence.

It's a place where you can spread out to read a book or sit and look at your navel or nap. The master suite is even in a separate casita near the pool.

But it is all about the outdoor living. Besides the cook's kitchen inside, there is also an outdoor kitchen. Everywhere you are under the shade of mature desert trees and the private spaces on the property are endless and so are the views. Decisions, decisions, decisions.

If you get bored with the serenity, you can always have a game of badminton or volley ball or horseshoes or bocce ball. You are allowed to leave your private paradise occasionally.

Great property with plenty of room for five adults. It' was perfect for our golfing group

The home is no frills with a great pool and jacuzzi. The lot is large and no real close neighbors which allowed our group to be outside late at night. Very clean and the casita bed was amazingly comfortable. If you are into high end resorts, this is probably not the property for you but if you like clean, comfortable, and private this is perfect. Thanks for letting us stay here.

Loved the home!

The property was as advertised- clean, spacious and having our own pool was awesome! Our dog didn’t even need to get off the property there was so much room! We will be back!

Great stay in the desert!

We had a really nice day at the 43 palma house. The house is very clean and comfortable.The area is quiet and the weather was perfect. Swimming pool was nice addition as well as the outdoor living spaces and beautiful barbecue. We will definitely stay again. Thanks to Richard communication with him was easy and quick.
