Warm, lovely family home in great location!

We were in NYC for a two week stay and loved it! The location is great - very convenient to Riverside and Central Park and the Natural History Museum. Lots of great restaurants and coffee/ice cream places close by. The home is also lovely - the kitchen is large and expansive and the basement playroom can't be beat! We had our one year old daughter sleep in the smaller kids room and it was wonderfully dark. The owners were easy and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

One note is that in case you have a small child, the stairs do not have a railing but Lisa was great and had baby gates installed at the top of both sets of stairs

Great stay on UWS

This home is perfect for a NYC week long stay. We were there with our daughter and caregiver for work for a week. Central Park, Riverside Park and other activities for kids are close by as well as tons of restaurants, drugstores, grocery stores. It is spacious and quiet (hard to beat in NYC). The owners were a pleasure to work with- very communicative and friendly. I highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

NYC at your fingertips

Our family of 5, with 2 older teenager's spent Christmas and New Year at this property. From the time we arrived until we left we had an amazing time!!! Located close to Central Park, restaurants, bars, shops and subway station, everything we required was within a 3 block radius. The apartment is located in a quiet Street and was very clean, warm, spacious and homely. It had everything you need to create family meals and enjoy some down time away from the hustle and bustle of the City. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. Our family will have a great lasting memory of our NYC Christmas in this apartment with all the trimming!! This apartment gives you a real feeling of what life in NYC is like, one you cant get from a motel room. I would highly recommend this apartment.

City Life at Its Best

This property is as lovely as the pictures suggest, built with fine materials and beautifully designed. It's also well equipped and spotless. The kitchen has all the gadgets you could want and is ideal for big family dinners. The location is great -- on a quiet street, just a couple of blocks from the subway, close to Lincoln Center, Central Park and Zabar's. The owners are very professional and well organized. Should you need anything, they're just a phone call away. The layout is somewhat unusual. There's an elegant bathroom off the master bedroom, but the kids' bath is downstairs, and you'll need to pass through it to reach the TV/rec room. That said, the apartment is spacious and extremely comfortable, with a half bath off the upstairs hall. The owners will even add a large air bed downstairs, adjacent to the kids' bathroom, to create even more sleeping space. I would happily stay again.

Beautiful and Well-Situated Haven

Our family recently stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend. I cannot say enough about the apartment's location. It is convenient to the subway, the Natural History Museum, and some great restaurants and grocery stores. This is the perfect place from which to explore the whole city. The pictures do not do it justice. The property is clean, well-maintained, and spacious. We were sad to leave! The owner was extremely friendly and very helpful in recommending activities. Highly recommend.
