The title says "economy" and that is what you get. The pictures are a true representation. Located in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The 3 bedrooms are all good sized. The kitchen (other than the appliances) is original in this 1970's build. We used it just for cooking breakfast and making lunch. The bathrooms have newer (than 1970s) tile in the showers and, while clean, both are older. The rug seemed clean, but utilitarian. This would be a good place for a family ski trip. Don't plan on spending a lot of time there. The WIFI was strong, but the channel selection on the TV was very limited. Didn't try the hot tub.
The title says "economy" and this place is just that. The pictures don't lie. Built in 1976, the kitchen hasn't been touched (although the appliances are newer than that ... maybe). It was fine for making breakfast and putting together lunch to take along. The rental contract suggested bringing along extra paper goods and favorite cooking items and they were right; we used everything we brought except the extra TP. The bathrooms are old, but work just fine (looks like the shower tile in both has been replaced). The 3 bedrooms are fairly spacious; the mattresses are just OK. The rug is newer, but utilitarian. It would probably be a good place for 6 people who go out all day (hiking, skiing); don't plan on spending too much time there. The neighborhood is fairly quiet. We drove down closer to Hwy 50, parked, and walked about a mile to the July 4th fireworks ... much better than driving, fighting for a parking space, and sitting in traffic afterwards. We did not use the hot tub or the sofa sleeper, so we can't comment on those. The selection of TV channels was limited, but the included WIFI was good.
