Grab your sandals and come on down to enjoy my beachfront ocean and Gulf of Mexico, condominium on the barrier island of St Pete Beach.
I am currently renting my condo at a reduced rate through August 14th because of work being done on the beach. This is the latest statement from the city has Aug. 14, 2018 as the completion date. The work has apparently been completed in front of our condo and has moved further North. The machinery is returned to the site adjacent to the condo at the completion of the work daily. If you contact me I can send you a live web cam link to view exactly to what I am referring.
You will still have access to the beach but I want you to be fully aware of what is going on. The work usually ends mid afternoon and the pool is accessible but you will have a choice of going to my other beachfront condo pool to use if you would like to during this project.
The past few years my condo has gone through major renovations starting in 2015 when I had new high quality windows and sliding doors installed throughout the condo that provide less noise and glare, and are more energy efficient.
Both bathrooms have been remodeled including walk in shower in master bathroom and the guest bedroom has now been turned into a private suite.
A complete renovation of the kitchen complete with custom cabinetry, new lighting system, new appliances, sink and countertops was just completed in January, 2018.

The entire building has a new wireless WiFi/ telephone system that includes not only free local calls but free long distance calls within the United States and Canada providing guests with a more dependable wireless internet connection.
The master bedroom/bathroom suite that overlooks the beach has a king size bed, a 30" flat screen TV/DVD, walk-in closet and a breathtaking view of the beach as well as sliding doors onto the balcony overlooking the beach.
The guest suite is furnished with twin beds with excellent mattresses as well as a comfortable chair and bedside stand and a 40" flat screen TV. The twin beds can easily be pushed together to make a larger bed. The guest bedroom has a walk-in closet and recently remodeled full bathroom.
The living room and dining room will comfortably accommodate a family of four and has a spectacular view unique to this location in the building. There are sliding glass doors to access the private balcony from both the living room and master bedroom where you could be sipping a tropical drink overlooking the sparkling water. I have added a screen door so you can turn the air conditioner off and enjoy the sea breeze. The living room has a 42 flat screen television, new sectional sofa and two side chairs
Staying in unit #306, provides you with a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space for preparation of some or all of your meals. There are two outdoor propane grills. #306 is also within walking distance of a variety of restaurants and shopping. A local trolley system as well as a free beach ride service provides you transportation to one of two major grocery store chains.
Within 150 yards is Paradise Grill. This is a beach bar that serves breakfast as well as other food throughout the day and occasionally has live music.
Beach chairs, an umbrella and a small number of beach toys as well as a cooler in my condo are available for my guests.
This condo is SMOKE-FREE and pets are not permitted in the building.
This condo rents for a minimum of 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday and a maximum of two weeks from mid December through mid August. A 4 day minimum is required during the slower season, from mid August until mid December
My condo rents to a MAXIMUM of 4 persons per stay.
The CAPRICE IS referred to as the JEWEL OF ST PETE BEACH, and you will quickly learn why. The building isn't on the busy Gulf Blvd and therefore you hear the waves, not the traffic.
The building is on the northern curve of St. Pete beach providing a unique view of both the Gulf of Mexico and the entire length of the beautiful seven mile, sugar white sand of St. Pete Beach. The grounds are immaculately tended and beautifully landscaped as well as being enclosed for privacy.
There is some exercise equipment in the building recreation room that overlooks the pool and beach, has a television as well . Availability is when the onsite office is open. The pool is heated during cool weather and provides plenty of seating as well as umbrella tables for our guests and has convenient bathrooms. Arrangements can be made for a pool lift for handicapped guests with prior notice.
You will have a choice of one of three laundry rooms are in the building with two washers and dryers in each laundry room
There a shuffleboard on the property and you can check out the equipment at the on- site office. An added bonus to this property is the outer deck, away from the pool and closer to the beach. You will find the outdoor grills there and it is furnished with several tables as well as lounge chairs, and benches. It is my favorite place to take a glass of wine to watch the magnificent Gulf of Mexico sunsets. It is also a great area if you have small children because it is fenced with beach sand within the fenced area.
Next to the Caprice are volleyball nets set up on the beach so many times you can find a pickup game.
This is a service for door-to-door shuttles on the beach and has available airport shuttle service. The beach ride is FREE and drivers work for TIPS only. Available from 8am - 3am, every day. 727-776-7553
The Suncoast Trolley System schedule online. It is a fun way to travel up and down the beach and for travel downtown St Petersburg.

This Unit and building are SMOKE-FREE and pets are not permitted in the Building.
There is a twenty-five (25)year minimum age requirement for the person registering for my condo.

A lift for the pool is available for handicapped persons
