Grab your sandals and come on down to my beachfront ocean and Gulf of Mexico, condominium on the barrier island of St Pete Beach. It offers you not only a unique SPECTACULAR PANORAMIC view of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sand of St Pete Beach, but also a comfortable well furnished vacation home. It is never too early to reserve dates to build a SANDCASTLE of your own in my front yard and make your own positive memories of a beach vacation. If you have usually stayed in hotels, you should compare not only the prices but the quality and space for what you are getting for your money with my 1000 sq ft. PRIVATELY OWNED CONDOMINIUM. There are only 33 condos in the building which means fewer people than in the large complexes.
My condominium is my home away from home and is tastefully furnished and equipped with all the comforts and personal touches of a well stocked home.
I continually redecorate and upgrade items in my beachfront condo because this my vacation home and living locally makes it easier for me to check the condo between guests to make certain everything is in order.
As of September, 2015 THE RENOVATION OF BOTH BATHROOMS AND BEDROOMS WAS COMPLETED. The master suite has new floor tile and plantation door with the adjoining master bathroom featuring a new walk-in shower complete with hand rails for my guests. In addition the master bath has new cabinets, granite counter-top, mirror, USB outlet, hair dryer, lighting, and commode.
The remodeled guest bedroom has been converted from a separate bathroom and bedroom into a PRIVATE SUITE with the addition of a new plantation door leading into the suite. The guest suite also has new floor tile throughout the bedroom and flowing into the bathroom. This bathroom has a tub/shower combination with new handrails, new cabinet with granite top, and lighting, mirror and hair dryers . A new 40 inch HD TV has been installed in the guest bedroom.
I also purchased a new sectional sofa for the living room in September, 2015
Earlier in 2015 I had new high quality windows and sliding doors installed throughout the condo that provide less noise and glare, and are more energy efficient. The living room chairs, lamps and sofas were all replaced and I regularly have the upholstery professionally cleaned.
The entire building has a new wireless WiFi/ telephone system that includes not only free local calls but free long distance calls within the United States and Canada providing guests with a more dependable wireless internet connection.
The master bedroom/bathroom suite has a king size bed, a 30" flat screen TV/DVD, walk-in closet and a breathtaking view of the beach as well as sliding doors onto the balcony overlooking the beach.
The guest suite is furnished with twin beds with excellent mattresses as well as a comfortable chair and bedside stand and a 40" flat screen TV. The twin beds can easily be pushed together to make a larger bed. The guest bedroom has a walk-in closet and recently remodeled full bathroom.
The living room and dining room will comfortably accommodate a family of four and has a spectacular view unique to this location in the building. There are sliding glass doors to access the private balcony from both the living room and master bedroom where you could be sipping a tropical drink overlooking the sparkling water. The living room has a 42 flat screen television, new sectional sofa and two side chairs
Staying in unit #306, provides you with a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space for preparation of some or all of your meals. There are two outdoor propane grills. #306 is also within walking distance of a variety of restaurants and shopping. A local trolley system as well as a local taxi system provides you transportation to one of two major grocery store chains.
Beach chairs, an umbrella and a small number of beach toys as well as a cooler in my condo are available for my guests.
This condo is SMOKE=FREE and pets are not permitted in the building.
This condo rents for a minimum of 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday and a maximum of two weeks from mid December through mid August. The Saturday to Saturday requirement is often waived during off season. My condo rents to a maximum of 4 persons per stay.
The CAPRICE IS referred to as the JEWEL OF ST PETE BEACH, and you will quickly learn why. The building isn't on the busy Gulf Blvd and therefore you hear the waves, not the traffic.
IT is on the northern curve of St. Pete beach providing a unique view of both the Gulf of Mexico and the entire length of the beautiful seven mile, sugar white sand of St. Pete Beach. The grounds are immaculately tended and beautifully landscaped as well as being enclosed for privacy.
The exercise facility that overlooks the pool and beach, has a television as well as a recreation/party room. The pool is heated during cool weather and provides plenty of seating as well as umbrella tables for our guests.
You will have a choice of one of three laundry rooms are in the building with two washers and dryers in each laundry room
There a shuffleboard on the property and you can check out the equipment at the on- site office. An added bonus to this property is the outer deck, away from the pool and closer to the beach. You will find the outdoor grills there and it is furnished with several tables as well as lounge chairs, and benches. It is my favorite place to take a glass of wine to watch the magnificent Gulf of Mexico sunsets.
Next to the Caprice are volleyball nets set up on the beach so many times you can find a pickup game.

The calendar on this site refers only to the occupancy of my condominium, #306. not that of the entire building and the description of the condo refers only to my condo.
This Unit and building are SMOKE-FREE and pets are not permitted in the Building.
There is a twenty-five (25)year minimum age requirement for the person registering for the condo.
CRIBS AND HIGHCHAIRS are available at a small additional charge and I can send you the information.
There is an on site office open daily (with the exception of Holidays) to answer questions and address any issues that you might have during your stay. Arrangements can be made with the onsite office to pick up your keys for a late arrival.

This is my second beachfront condo on St. Pete Beach. Once I discovered all that St Pete Beach and the city of St Petersburg had to offer, I knew this was somewhere I would spend more time. I bought this condo 2006. I find this condo a wonderful, place for me to come to relax and enjoy beach time. It is a place full of wonderful memories for myself and my family. I make it a point to stay in the condo every few months which gives me an opportunity to keep it updated and make sure it meets everyones needs for an ideal vacation destination.

I had admired this property on walks along the beach and saw that it offered a quieter setting away from Gulf Blvd and the traffic. I also like the privacy this building provides with the unusual feature of being fenced and having a large landscaped beach-side property. This condo is located west of Gulf Blvd., the major traffic route along the beach. I knew I wanted another beachfront condo and thought this would offer our guests another choice along St. Pete Beach. I also liked the option of having a sun deck separate from the swimming pool. The grounds are fenced offering more privacy and a safe environment for young children to play.
In September, 2015, I had my condo remodeled to provide the only condo in the building with two separate suites providing my guests with more privacy. The renovations included tile in both bedrooms and baths as well as a walk in shower in the master bathroom. Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled.
The management company I use, has an onsite office on the property that is open daily, (with the exception of Holidays) and available to my guests. That gives guests availability to immediately address any concerns they might have in regards to the condo.
The condo association just had a new wireless internet and telephone system installed so you can now make free local long distance calls within the United States and Canada and provides you with a more dependable system.
It is difficult to describe the breathtaking view which is of both the Gulf of Mexico and extends all the way to the Southern point of Pass-a-Grille.
The location of my balcony gets most of the morning sun which is wonderful on cooler days and then shade in the afternoon as the day gets warmer.
The grounds are beautifully landscaped and give young children plenty of space to run and play in a secure, fenced area to run and play as well as an area of sand in which they can play..
I like the fact that you can hear the waves instead of the traffic because it is in a much quieter part of the beach. The beach itself was re-nourished in September, 2014.
There are only 33 condo units in the building, so the area never seems crowded like the larger resort hotels seem to be.
My condo is also far enough from the elevator that you do not hear the elevator door opening and closing.
In 2012 St. Pete Beach, Florida, was designated Top Beach Destination by a nationally known travel company . Once you visit this seven miles of white sugary sand, you will understand why
What a glorious two weeks! Your condo was truly a "home away from home." We wanted for nothing.
We enjoyed our early morning walks on the beach, the cool breezes on the balcony, the sounds of the waves at night and of course the magnifcent sunsets, availability to the beach and the view of the ociean.
We have been here on St. Pete Beach several times. Twice we rented a house which was heavenly, but no view of the ocean. Your condo gave us all the amenities of a house as well as breathtaking views of the ociean. Thank you so much
This is a great place! It is very close to the beach so that you can easily hear the waves, that lull you to sleep every night . The unit is clean, and up to date. From my stand point the condo, building, pool and grounds were all accessible. The grounds are kept in good condition, and it is off of the highway so there no traffic noise from the main road. We liked to catch the sun on our balcony until 1100, then go to the pool for a swim, and finally end off the day sitting on chairs in the private fenced off are right beside the beach, until the sun dropped out of sight on the horizon.
Linda's condo was gorgeous very clean, great views and deck overlooking st pete beach. Linda was very nice and called to see how our visit was going. My husband and I thought it was relaxing and just what we needed. STRONGLY RECOMMEND CONDO!!!!
Our stay here was so comfortable. We had everything we needed at the condo, Linda was extremely gracious and the people in the office were very helpful. The condo itself is very nice, loved the bathrooms and the showers. We used both bedrooms and the closets are spacious. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and we were even able to eat out on the patio that overlooks the pool and has a great view of the beach and ocean. The condo is nicely furnished and very clean which is important to us! It is also in a great location, easy to get anywhere you want to go. We loved it and would come back here again.
We enjoyed staying at this property! the condo building is very clean and well maintained and monitored. the view is spectacular. We enjoyed the amenities such as the pool and the grilling area and also took advantage of the washer and dryer located on various floors. We have stayed here in several different condos, but this was our favorite. I loved the decorating, and the furniture was very comfortable as were the beds. The bathrooms have been remodeled and the finishes and materials are very nice quality. another very nice feature was that there were beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet for use. We had brought ours this time, but next time it will be one less thing to try to fit in the car:)
There are also restaurants within walking distance. would definitely stay here again.
From the minute we arrived later on a Saturday evening we were happy with the ease of a late check and we were impressed with the location of the condo, which is directly on the beach. Once inside we were pleased that the photos on the website are exactly what you get when you are inside Linda's condo, the furnishings and the views were excellent.
We enjoyed having a full kitchen and dining area this time around as our previous stays were at local resorts for the past four years in St. Pete, so home cooked meals and just having the ability to do so and not always eating at restaurants and fast food was nice. There was plenty of room for my family of four with two teenagers and my wife and I with the two bedrooms and nice living room area. The pool area was usually available even when there were families with small children, and we enjoyed having it just a quick ride down the elevator to cool off several times a day. We tried to walk the beach as much as possible and took long leisurely strolls from the condo down past the Grand Plaza and further...such a relaxing time and beautiful views each evening. If you're looking for a departure from the hotel lifestyle and business of the resorts, you might want to consider staying here for a fun and relaxing vacation.

Emmaculate condo, gorgeous beach, plenty of room for family of 4, loved the handicapped handles in the master bathroom, they came in handy because I was on crutches!! Found fun things to do at the boardwalk everyday; Parasailing, , sunset cruise, shopping, Bubba Gump Shrimp Restaurant, homemade ice cream shops! Took a drive to the Florida Aquarium one day and loved that as well! We want to come back again!!
My condo is conveniently located within walking distance of Corey Avenue shops and some excellent outside restaurants such as Woody's. There is a convenience store within walking distance and a drugstore within one half mile as well as a major grocery store just beyond downtown Corey Ave .
I have often stayed in this condo without a car. The Suncoast Trolley system runs from St. Pete Beach north as far North as Clearwater. There is also a stop at St John's Village.

The maximum number of guests per stay is 4 persons.
Children must be accompanied by one adult at least 25 years old. Families are welcome.

Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation policy. If you need to cancel any stay up to 15 days prior to the 40 days prior to arrival, there will be a $55. fee for cancelling with the remainder of the deposit refunded. If you need to cancel after the final payment is made, I will hold the payment for one year to give you an opportunity to reschedule at a more convenient date. If you are reserving more than 14 days rental a full payment must be made 60 days prior to arrival.
