Our Cozy and Comfortable bayside Family Rental in Ocean City, Maryland. The 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, A/C, Sleep 6 plus, located on 28th Street and Robin Drive Bayside. Affordable and very clean. No High School beach rentals. Pet friendly with fee.
Our family had vacationed at these same condos from 1996 to 2004. Over the years, we have hosted Family Reunions here and everyone fell in love with these rentals.
In 2004, Bob and I purchased 'Robin's Nest'. We are now Owners of the entire building. We managed to keep one unit for ourselves and rent out the other units.
If your family enjoys the beach as much as we do, then this rental is for you. We hold no security deposits for damages. We only ask for your respect in exchange for taking care of our property.
Great location and within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, amusements and much more.

Gas stove with oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, George Foreman grill, toaster oven, pots and pans, silverware and cooking utensils, Filter coffee maker, Baking pans, dishes, eat-at counter with bar stools, dining room table and chairs (4-6 chairs. #2 & #3)
A/C and pergo flooring through apartment..
Open area includes living room furniture, Sofa, loveseat and chairs. Coffee table and/or end tables, lamps and ceiling fan. 32' color TV with cable, DVD/VCR player with tapes in each unit.
Queen-size bed w/mattress protector, quilt comforter, bed pillows w/protectors, night tables, lamps, dresser and mirror, ceiling fan and closet for hanging clothes.Cable TV in Master Bedroom.

Two (2) full beds with mattress protectors, quilt comforter, bed pillows w/protectors, dressers with mirror and night tables w/lamps, ceiling fan and closet for hanging clothes & TV. Grab a chair, catch the morning sun and enjoy your coffee on the small back deck. Extra mattress protector & blankets in bedroom closet.
Full sized tub with shower, toilet, 18 to 24' vanity with mirror and toilet. Wall heater. Toddlers step stool in front closet. Cleaning supplies provided.
Relax on your front porch/ balcony. Chairs w/cushions and side table. Eat out table w/chairs,.Clothes line to hang wet swim suits and towels. Washer/Dryer in hallway closet.
Parking: One (1) car parking on site, ample street parking.
Other: On site trash refuse container, Ask the Owner to borrow beach chairs and boogie boards. Outside shower w/hose to wash off excessive sand from the beach.
FYI and PACKING EXTRA'S: SO, Call Now and Pack Your Bags - Please Read On: To keep our condo rates affordable, we ask that you bring your own sheets and towels. We will start you with a day's worth of paper products. You will also find Owner supplies dish detergent and hand soap in the bathroom.
------Wonderful Kiddie play ground is one (1) block towards Boardwalk. We are a 5 minute walk to Candy Kitchen, Pizza Hut and many other convenient shops, Jolly Roger's Amusement park and put-put golf. Beach and Ocean waters are 2 blocks away or cross Robin Drive and fish or crab in the bay waters---New fishing Pier 2013. Don't forget to take a ride to see the wild horses run at Assateaque Island State Park.
Super Fresh, Food Lion, fast food, nice restaurants and Tanger Outlet shopping are just across the bridge down towards the inlet. WE are listed under Ocean City Chamber of Commerce ' A Great Rental'
Bob and I have been married for 28 years as of 2016. Our children are now 24 and and (2) 22 year old. We have loved the beach and spent many years building memories among ourselves and family reunions. We continue to enjoy our beach property and can not wait for the warm weather to return for the summer season.

We have vacationed at Robin's Nest since 1996. When we were offered the property in 2004, we jumped at the chance to make it our own. We welcome all families and groups of 4 adults at Family rates. We are family rentals and do not rent for Beach Week Seniors. We are Pet friendly with Fees. We constantly update our properties. A major renovation is planned for April 2016. We also own the EMERALD APARTMENTS Homeaway id 3961272 and are family rentals and Pet friendly w/fee.

Our beach property continues to be updated on a yearly basis. New projects for 2016 are renovating kitchen and flat screen TV's in living rooms. It's nice that we own a construction company back in Northern Virginia to complete our wish lists.
As an international human service team of 4, we needed a place to rest and work in August of 2007. Our time at this comfortable bayside condo was just the place! A close walk to the beach and boardwalk, spacious and welcoming in it's accomodation... 'far-away' from the hustle-bustle of daily work, but close enough to the main necessities. Even the beds were comfortable! The condo was clean and cozy, the neighborhood was quiet and had a nice view of the bay from the balcony porch. If we had it to do over again???? We would!
My family and I stayed at this condo over childs birthday in August 2013 and everything was great. This is located in a great area close to the beach and boardwalk and Jolly Roger park ( right around corner) as well as bus route which is just up the street. This is also near a cute playground. Many stores and restaurants close by also. Property convient to everything.
Unit was clean and comfortable just as promised with all of the comforts of home. Well maintained and updated property. Being able to take our puppy was an added plus. Owners easy to work with and very nice. Looking forward to staying here again.

We rented this a condo in this property for a week. Its clean and well maintained, had central A/C and plenty of room for 6 people. The owners were very friendly, and the entire process of renting was easy. One of the very best things about this property was the location! We walked everywhere. Our family vacations in Ocean City every couple of years, and we've stayed on all sides of town, and this was by far our favorite spot. EASY walk to the beach, restaurants, boardwalk tram, water and amusement park, mini golf and many shops. We even caught crabs across the street and cooked them! We will definitely consider this property again when we visit in the future.
a group of us stay here every year and really enjoy it. It is always clean and has everything we would need in the kitchen. Close to everything.
the property was located in the heart of family activities. easy walk to the beach, and amusements. it was very clean and well maintained. the owner was very friendly and provided good customer service. great location if you want to be away from the more populated areas of ocean city. quiet and relaxing neighborhood. walked to the salty dog for dinner very good food. convenient store, restaurants, amusement park, laundromat all within walking distance. bus stop is also within walking distance. i would recommend this property to frinds and family. i have a friend already looking into renting a unit this year yet.
Robin's Nest is located on the bayside at 28th Street. Our building has a waterview of the bay waters and a new fishing Pier for 2013. We are located mid-town and with-in walking distance to beaches and board walk and shops. To Mapquest use, 317 Robin Dr, Ocean City, MD 21842. The cross street of Robin Dr & Coastal Hwy is a major crossing walk to the beaches,(five minute walk) Candy kitchen and restaurants.

Golf: Ocean City offers some of the best golfing in the state of Maryland. Pick up a City Newspaper for locations, telephone numbers to schedule a T-time.
