Our second floor Condo is located on the corner of Park Avenue and Deer Valley Drive, just 2 blocks from Park City Mountain Resort. It is just a short walk to Main Street's restaurants, shops and SUNDANCE FILM FESTIVAL venues/theaters. A large grocery store, Starbucks, and pharmacy are located within 2 blocks. JANS Mountain Outfitters and Cole Sport are just across the street. They offer ski equipment and, in the summer, bikes for mountain biking or cruising in the valley. Our property is next to the town park which offers bike trails and tennis courts. The Park City Golf course is less than a mile from the building.
Shuttle transport is available from Salt Lake City Airport (45 minutes away). The FREE LOCAL BUS stops at the corner to take you a few short stops to PARK CITY MOUNTAIN, DEER VALLEY RESORT or THE CANYONS RESORT. You can avoid the cost of a car rental when staying here.
Our one-bedroom condo has two baths and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. We also offer two flat-screen TVs, wireless/DSL internet, and an iPod docking station.
Park City offers many restaurants and you will be able to enjoy a variety of cuisines within walking distance or a shuttle ride from the building.

Located only 2 blocks from the Park City Mountain Resort at 1637 Shortline Road, near the intersection of Deer Valley Drive and Empire Avenue and just steps from Park City's complimentary public shuttle route. This unit features a queen size bed in the master bedroom and a queen pull-out sofa sleeper in the living area. Two full bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchen, living area with wood-burning fireplace and balcony with view of the Park City Mountain Resort.
I enjoy skiing, biking, hiking, rafting and outdoor activities. Park City has all of the above.

During my last visit, I had opportunity to go rafting on the Colorado River outside of MOAB, mountain bike, and bicycle in the valley with my wife. I love the winter and the great snow and variety of skiing available at the three local resorts and Alta which is less than an hour away.
Park City is known for skiing, but the area is great for hiking, too, being convenient to many memorable trails in the Park city/Heber/Kamas/Mirror Lake area. Our unit was wonderful.... nicely decorated, comfortable, well-appointed. We especially appreciated the perfectly-equipped kitchen, since we like to have the option of preparing our own meals. The manager was helpful, and we appreciated the fact that they include text messaging as one of the ways to communicate.
The unit is cozy, extremely clean and very conveniently located (PCMR in less than 5 minutes by bus and the bus stop is very close; the Canyons are in 9 minutes by car or about 15 minutes by bus). The balcony was quite handy as we kept our skis, poles and outer shells of boots there. We stayed in it with two children; it was a bit tight but we managed just fine (brought our own pack-and-play for the toddler). The only negative thing about the unit is that it was rather difficult to arrange for drying ski clothes and inner boots.
Great location. Park City resort very accessible my transit, two minutes up the hill. Photos are accurate. Very clean. Good soundproofing. Nice to have two bathrooms. Only two of us so didn't use the pull-out couch. Ski rental, groceries and Starbucks close by.
Cute condo. Great location. Equipped with all your needs. Easy transaction process. Bed was uncomfortable, and upon request manager was quick to add mattress pad to accommodate. Would definitely stay at location again.
Stayed here over MLK Jr weekend. The condo is a great value for two people. The unit is clean and comfortable. While it isn't slope side, it's 2 blocks away and within easy walking distance of a grocery store and pharmacy, as well as a Quizno's, Starbucks, Burger King, etc. You do not need a car here, Park City has one of the best municipal bus systems I have ever seen - and I am an urban planner - and it's free! Total time from the unit to Deer Valley - about 10 minutes by bus and there were lots of skiers using it. The building is a bit old and I would not use the jacuzzi (looks like it has not been cleaned since the 70's!). Overall, though, I would stay here again for a short ski getaway. The owner was also very easy to deal with - just be sure you get all the door combos beforehand (the is one to the front entrance as well as your room).
