Our third floor luxurious vacation apartment, is located on #1 Beach in the USA the “World's Most Beautiful' Crescent Beach.

Our lovely condominium is a 1860 SQUARE FOOT end unit that spans the width of the building with a wrap around balcony accessible from the family room and a balcony from the living room and master bedroom. Our apartment has been completely renovated and updated for your enjoyment. Lovely Gulf View.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, HDTV/DVD, ceiling fan, large walk in closet,

The master bath has walk in tiled shower with safety grab bar, granite vanity top, wall mirrors and comfort commode.

Sliding Glass doors provide access from the master bed room onto a large forty foot balcony, furnished for your comfort with table and chairs while you enjoy the lovely Gulf of Mexico waters

The guest bedroom has two full size beds, HDTV/DVD, ceiling fan and large walk in closet., Private bath with tiled shower / tub combination with grab bar, granite vanity top, and comfort commode.

The open floor plan of the living room and dining room with accent mirrored walls provide a vast area for gathering and relaxing.

Living Room / Dining Room;

This large room has a comfortable soft leather couch, love seat, Swivel recliner to relax in as you enjoy the 48 inch Flat Screen HDTV television. There is also a DVD/VCR for your enjoyment, all are remote controlled, . Sliding glass doors open to the balcony with a lovely gulf view.

The dining table seats six with an open view of the living room.

Kitchen / Family Room

Updated Kitchen , granite counter top, fully equipped, new appliances. Utensils and table settings for eight., A pass-through counter from the kitchen to the breakfast bar in the sun room , furnished in Florida Style furniture .A queen size hide-a-bed.bar stools, easy back chairs and end tables. Sliding glass doors open onto the wrap around balcony of the family room for a view of the tennis court and gulf water.

For your convenience the utility room adjoining the kitchen has extra cabinets, room for your beach items and is equipped with a washer and dryer. we also provide beach umbrellas, and coolers for your personal use.

General Information

The gated complex includes your reserved covered parking. Heated pool, spa, cabana and rest rooms are located beachside, tennis court located at the entrance of the complex. Lounge chairs located at both the private pool and beach, and Beach Towels are also provided to all guest. Linens and bath towels are provided..

Awesome vacation!

Our week in this condo was very comfortable for our group of two couples. Enjoyed the corner unit location having morning coffee in the bonus "sunroom." The pool was very nice but the highlight was the location on Siesta Key beach and incredible sunsets.

Beautiful Condo on a Beautiful Beach!

We stayed in this unit in August of 2007 and had an absolutely wonderful time! I've been coming to Siesta Key and stayed in this condominium "complex many times and this has got to be the best unit we've rented!

Everything was beautifully updated and furnished with the character you'd expect from a Florida rental. The room was well stocked with everything we needed and let us wanting nothing except for our stay to never end.

I'd recommend this unit to anyone, in fact I already have! The beach is your backyard and even if you're not playing in the surf you can sit on the balcony for a great view of the Gulf, or the tops of the palm trees. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful room on the most beautiful beach in the world!!!!

Very well maintained grounds and building.

This condo is adequate and spacious with a wonderful sun room off the kitchen; however, it is dated and could use refreshing of furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking accessories but the dishwasher is rather old and doesn't get the dishes clean. The Formica countertop in the kitchen is worn. The living room area is very nice. The biggest complaint we had were the beds in the bedrooms. The master bedroom mattress is worn and hard as a rock. My husband and I had back issues and my shoulders were numb every morning. I had to sleep on the couch in the living room part of the night. When we switched bedrooms with our traveling companions, they experienced the same problem, took all the extra pillows in the condo and put them on top of the mattress to try and pad it for comfort. Wish we had thought of that. The front guest bedroom was a little better, but definitely needs new mattresses as well as the bed closest to the bathroom was rickety and needs stabilizing. It is our suggestion that hotel grade mattresses be purchased for this unit so that guests renting it will be comfortable.

This unit is well located with direct access to the beach and close to a grocery store, drug store and restaurants which made it an easy walk to get supplies. The owners were very nice to work with and the site manager was very helpful, but we will not be renting the condo in the future.

Owner's Response: As owners, we appreciate our guest taking the time for reviews and comments. Personal evaluation of these comments and suggestions are of considerable value in maintaining and furnishing of our condo. A courtesy reply is a mandate. We realize each guest perspective and taste of appropriate furnishing is variable, therefore, vigilance is maintained in all aspect of our unit. Naturally we are very concerned this guest was unhappy with the unit, but more concerned, and confused , why our guest did not present "any of these mentioned" issues to management and staff for immediate consideration, and resolution as directed in the "Guest Hand Out" information. Guest notification to management was given at departure, (2) weeks after arrival. I cannot place enough emphasis of our guest communicating with management and staff relating problems, issues and needs . They must be made aware to respond appropriately. In speaking with the resident manager, the guest biggest "issue" of the master bed mattress, would possibly have been resolved immediately with management providing a foam mattress cover. maintained on site by management. Regarding the recommendation of our guest to replace the mattresses, the master bed room mattress is (2) years old and the (2) mattress in the guest bedroom are (4) years old. All other issues have been addressed to satisfaction. As a side notes, My wife and I spend every January in the condo, preparing the unit for the new year ensuring standards are met, and our guest will enjoy their stay.. The guest preceding, and following our unhappy guest have already confirmed and rebooked for 2017. A unfortunate situation that we wish could have been prevented.

Vacation before the blizzard

We found this unit to be one of the best we have rented. It is comfortable and well furnished. I saw a smaller unit while we we there and it cannot compare to the openness of this unit. We found the location to be excellent in that you are on the beach but within minutes of the mainland. Our niece who lives in Palmetto found it much easier to get to this unit vs. one we rented on Longboat Key. We highly recommend this unit, the owners and the management.

GREAT PLACE

We stayed here for spring break last year. It was everything that it stated and more. Everything was clean and it was well equipped. It is a generous size as well. Loved having our own "private" tennis court! A longer walk into the Village - but we did it without a problem. Besides you can always grab a bike taxi on the way back! Would definitely recommend it. Nice quiet area of the beach too! You won't be disappointed.

A beautiful setting for Christmas!

We thoroughly have enjoyed our week at Dave & Lu's condo with my sister & hubby. The condo was very clean, refreshed, and very tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our Christmas dinner and other meals..it felt like "home"to us because of the efforts of the Cummings to furnish it so comfortably. Thanks for such a wonderful holiday week with our family..it was truly "home away from home". I will highly recommend your "home" to all our friends in North Carolina.
