WE OWN THE LAND ON THE BEACH FOR OUR PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS - JUST 100 YARDS AWAY.

NO CROWDS ON BEACH because we have NO CONDO'S on beach AND WE'RE NOT CLOSE TO PUBLIC ACCESS - so it's QUITE QUITE !! (All other houses must go to Public County Beach Access - where its loud, busy with people and parking with long walks.)

Our house is COMPLETELY REMODELED inside and out. It's CLEAN - CLEAN - CLEAN !!

UPDATE: All New Flat Screen TV's HD/HBO/Showtime Just Added. New Combination Door Locks so no keys to worry about. Same for Bicycle locks.

WE HAVE a VERY QUIET & RELAXING LOCATION - SO NO NOISE from the BUSY STREET, or TWO STORY STAIRS TO CLIME, and (ALL OTHER HOUSES FACE NORTH so NO SUN ON POOL, OR LIGHT INSIDE HOUSE.)

Our home has a LARGE HEATED POOL and a PRIVATE BOAT DOCK, on VANDERBILT BAY/Canal. And best of all, its Just a SHORT WALK TO THE GULF OF MEXICO, where we have a PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS.

Our home has a warm SOUTH FACING VIEW over the vanderbilt bay, which allows a great Sunset view to the West over the Gulf of Mexico. Its great to watch the sunset from our deck or go to the beach - both are great and convenient.

The house is just 150 yards from the LAPLAYA HOTEL (the best in Naples), in a neighborhood where our street is designed to be a short walk to the beach. The street is a dead end, so no cars drive pass at night or day.

You can rent a boat and have your own boat ride out to the Gulf of Mexico or walk easily to the beach.

The house was completely remodeled With 18' Tile everywhere, New windows, Kitchen cabinets with Hard surface counter tops, Pool area resurfaced and designed with the best furniture, from the better furniture stores. At night, you'll really enjoy the family room, which was designed around a 60' TV HD and COMCAST cable WITH HBO/SHOWTIME, and a great sound system.

Everything from top to bottom will be new and supplied with everything you'll need to enjoy the beach, pool and cooking at home if you choose. But best of all the best resturants are all within walking distance, like the Laplaya hotel, Ritz-Carlton and others.

I have been operating rental/vacation property for myself in Naples for 12 years, so everybody has helped me organize the rental process, and I added whatever they wanted to the house. I purchased a house and condo in the best location on Vanderbilt beach with heated pools and all the beach chairs/coolers etc. needed to keep everybody happy and return next year. Before that I have been in real estate brokerage for 30+ years, so I can help renters buy a house. Buying in the right location is the most important decision. Homes locaton and which condo building is also very important because of Associations history.

I researched other cities in Florida and Naples was newly created with new infrastructure which creates easy movement around the city. We have the most resturants and golf courses while still being a small town. We have attracted the best people who want these things so all price ranges of homes can still take addvantage of theses benefits. Warm during the winter with a cool breeze off the Gulf of Mexico with new buildings everywhere. Its a Small town with big city benefits like cultural things to do and places to go. This is the best city in America.

What makes this house unique

No crowds and 100 yard walk to our Private beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Access to all the shopping you need or want without going across Highway 41 where the crowding starts. Heated pool and a canal for fishing while walking 100 yards to see the sunsets on the beach. The house is completely brand new on the inside including furniture, pool, windows, floors, granite countertops and a 51' flat screen TV with cable and wireless internet access. People do not want to go home after they have spent 1 week in our house, all close to our Private Beach. Our house is on a deadend street so its totally quiet with great landscapig.

Excellent relaxing vacation at the Channel House

We rented the Channel house for the week of July 18. My wife, son and daughter enjoyed the house, pool and beach tremendously. The pictures online represented the house well, but not as well as it was in person. The house was spotless and included any amenities that would be needed for the week. The pool was awesome! The screen enclosure over the pool area made it very clean and bug free. The walk to the beach was very easy and the beach area was very nice and private. Never a worry wondering if our 3 year old would get lost on a crowded beach. Scott was very accommodating for us on our last day, which was a plus, in addition, he was very nice to meet and talk to. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone and if we decide to go back to Naples, we would definitely rent this house again.

BEST LOCATION in Naples by far

We stayed in this beautiful home for 3 weeks in March of '16, and must say it was MUCH MORE THAN ADVERTISED. Everything that is on the website is correct, and the house is kept very clean,the furniture,appliances,and all the other amenities were some of the best we have ever experienced over the years in home rentals all over this country. We have already rented for next year and can't wait to get back. Extremely pleased also with the responsiveness and commitment to customer needs by the owner Scott and the property manager -Cass.

Perfect Vacation, Great House

Here is our testimonial - we loved the house and are going back in 2017. I am ALWAYS skeptical about what you read and see on the internet as compared to reality but in this case there was no disappointment. The house is in a great location and has great amenities - everything is there.

Not as advertised and a big roach problem

There were many good things about this house: good location, great screened-in pool, wonderful dock for fishing, and the common areas of the house were nice. But the bathrooms were dated and the bedrooms a little shabby (not completely newly remodeled as advertised). There were also large dead and dying roaches every day.. The homeowner was initially very responsive and sent handyman and exterminator two days in a row but then claimed "occasional insects" were normal for this area and we were left to deal with this problem ourselves, which we eventually did by moving into a hotel. We were very frustrated and told the owner we were not asking for a refund but that he should offer some concession, which he has not done. To be fair, we have very high expectations, so when this property was advertised as "better than the Ritz," we took him at his word. Another reviewer experienced a similar roach problem but unfortunately that review posted after we had already booked.

Owner's Response: Your review is completely unfair. Our Bedrooms and bathrooms are completely remodeled. You saw 5 bugs over 7 days and we did have the pest control take care of it immediately. As you can see other renters had an excellent review and we try very hard to keep this house in excellent condition. Cockroaches and Collier County Code Violations

Upon arrival, there were 28 dead and dying cockroaches scattered throughout the house. We cleaned them up ourselves. We continued to be plagued with them during our stay. The house itself was as advertised. We have requested a refund of the cleaning deposit and, after a reasonable amount of time, it has not been disbursed.

We were interviewed, at the front door, by a Collier County Code Enforcement Officer who told us that it was in violation of Collier County Code to rent this property for less than 6 months.

Owner's Response: Please look at all other reviews and you will see the house is very nice. There was no code violation and 8000 people rent their condo/house by the week/month etc. so this is a temporary law being fixed. I was not asked for a refund. Just a mistake to rent to these people. Scott

Amazing amenities and accomodations!

My husband and I stayed here for one week. We arrived at the front of a tropical storm/hurricane, Erica I think. Great location. It rained every day but only for about an hour or so. We knew this when we booked the trip as we wanted to be there during the hottest and wettest months to get an idea of what it'd be like. There was a mix up with another family but Scott and his handyman were there within minutes to straighten things out. All the amenities and supplies were top notch. The pool was awesome and refreshing, since it was 97 degrees and 100% humidity everyday. The house was very close to the amazing beach, and Scott had 2 beach carts, lots of beach chairs and umbrellas and coolers, etc. There were beach bikes too but it was too hot to use them.

The house was amazing and beautiful. TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. My husband and I were down scouting for real estate and Scott was nice enough to take time out of his busy schedule to show us one of his condos. He was so accommodating and full of information about Naples.

We would definitely rent with Scott again.
