As part of our Island Collection, 'Pavilion Place' is a seven bedroom, five bathroom home located in the heart of Isle of Palms, in an area called Pavilion Place. The home is in a small community of just six homes with its own swimming pool, picnic area and secluded fenced-in landscaping. Pavilion Place is located in a prime location for families and vacationers looking to enjoy all the Isle of Palms has to offer. The home is just 75 yards from the beach and within walking distance to Front Beach restaurants, bars, and shops. Pavilion Place features oak floors in the common areas, carpeted floors in the bedrooms, tile floors in the bathrooms, and granite countertops in the kitchen. The whole family can gather and enjoy the open floor plan on the main level, which includes the open kitchen, dining and living areas, as well as a porch off the living room.
On the first floor of Pavilion Place you can enjoy spending time with family and friends in the open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. The kitchen in this home features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and two bar seating areas, totaling 8 bar stools. On this floor are two bedrooms--the first is appointed with a queen bed and private bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom allows for extra sleeping room with a queen bed and a pull-out queen sofa bed. This room also includes a private bath with a walk-in shower.
The second floor in Pavilion Place encompasses the remaining five bedrooms. The first of these sleeping quarters features a king bed and shares a bathroom with a tub/shower combination with another bedroom with two twin beds . Next door to the King bedroom is a smaller sized bedroom with a single sized bed and trundle pull out. Down the hall are two more bedrooms, each with their own bath. The first of these rooms is appointed with a queen bed and has a private bath with a walk-in shower. The last room features a king bed with a private bath with a tub/shower combination.

Very clean location with tons of space. Loved how the many master-like bedrooms there were with private bathrooms. I wish I had been forewarned about how limited the supplies were. Even though the kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Very limited dishwasher detergent and absolutely no food supplies. Had to buy our own salt and pepper and kitchen sacks. A beach house with no beach towels. Not even an iron.
I brought a group of 12 to the house and we were all pleasantly pleased with the property. The website and photos were very accurate, the house was in great shape and is obviously cared for, and the location couldn't be beat if looking for a short walk to everything in the tourism commercial district on Isle of Palms with the ocean only 100 yards from our front door. We took full advantage of the community pool outside our backdoor each day and found the closeness of a large grocery store (Harris Teeter 1/3 mile away) so convenient. The house was set up quite well with a blend and balance of different room and bathroom types to accommodate our group. The sun room with the trundle bed was an added bonus. The house came equipped with all the appliances, dish ware, and more needed to make a comfortable stay. TV's in each room were also a great hit with my very diverse group. All in all a great place to stay be it for a group of 6 to a group of 14. If there was anything we would have liked it would have been more balcony space but that was just a minor blemish on an otherwise great place! Thanks.
House is in a great location, easily accessible and worked perfectly for our wedding group of 15. Everyone was comfortable and very pleased with everything!!! Exclusive Properties were a gem to work with.
House easily accommodated our 16 guests, almost every bedroom with a private bathroom. Great location for the beach, restaurants, and bars. 5 min drive to grocery and liquor stores. Property company got back to me quickly and was a pleasure to work with. Would rent again!
There were 14 of us who stayed at this house and we had a great time. The kitchen is well stocked, the house is decorated well, and it was very clean. The pool is right out the back door and it is just steps to the beach. We will definitely be back! Exclusive Properties was a pleasure to work with and they responded to a minor maintenance request within minutes.
My ski club members and I rented the home for the Cooper River Bridge Run. There were 14 of us and we did not feel overcrowded. There was enough space for everyone and the layout made you feel like you had the house to yourself at times. The home was nice, well decorated, and had great upgrades. It could technically fit 16 if 2 people slept on the sleeper sofa, however I would not recommend that. It didn't look too comfortable. One word of caution with this house is that you have can only access all of the bathrooms via a bedroom. The person in the small room with the daybed had to wait on people to open up their rooms before he could get in to a bathroom. This was a rather large inconvenience for him especially in the mornings. Lastly, I received feedback that the wi-fi did not extend onto the porch. The access point may need to be moved closer, so that people can sit on the porch and access the Internet. Overall, I would give the home a thumbs up and would possibly stay there again.
The home is located in the Heart of Isle of Palms across the street from the beach. It also is close to restaurants, grocery, and other amenities.
