This unit is located just off of Lakeshore Boulevard, about two minutes by car to the Hyatt Lake Tahoe. This place is superior to most anything for rent in Incline Village, on-site swimming pool (seasonal). Great parking. Three new TVs with DVD/VCR.

Needs some routine upkeep.

  • 4 of 5

This is a nice comfortable property that our group of 6 has stayed in several times. However, it is not in as good of shape as it has been in the past. There are stains in the carpeting that need to be cleaned. The dishes are not adequate for a party of 6, let alone 8. There are no wine glasses. The slider on the upstairs patio needs repair. Two of the bathroom toilets do not shut off and need new flappers. The oven has not been cleaned from a large spill and could not be used due to smoke coming out during pre-heating cycle. We had difficulty in getting the TV's to work. Each one works differently and it took several days to get them all working. That was problematic as we were trying to watch the Olympics. There were two broken lamps and several missing bulbs. Dispite of all this we had an enjoyable stay, but will not likely rent this unit again.

Nice Property

  • 5 of 5

This is a nice 3 bedroom 3 bath condo. It has your basic necessities for your weekend getaway. Furniture, kitchen, bathrooms, were well decorated and gives a homey/getaway feel.

Some things to consider before showing up. If you plan on cooking, I would bring your seasonings since there isn't much. Water pressure is low.

There was one hiccup that the door code did not work, but the property management fixed it right away.

Good property overall, could use a few improvements

  • 4 of 5

We enjoyed our stay overall-- the location was convenient and it was a great value. The carpet is a little old and has some extensive staining. We also had to fight the thermostat a bit as it was very hot at night and never really seemed to blow cold air. The third bedroom is also quite small and tough to fit 2 people plus suitcases in there. Still would recommend as a nice option for a relaxing Tahoe vacation.
