This condo will give you unobstructed, breathtaking views, overlooking the seven mile long barrier island, sugar white sand of St. Pete beach. Condo 503 offers beachfront, not just in a condo in a beachfront building where you look between buildings from the balcony to the beach. You will have not only the direct Gulf beachfront and sunset view but because the balcony wraps around the corner, you also have a view all the way North along the beach as well. Unit 503 is considered by many the prime location in the building being on the top floor, and offering you more privacy on the balconies. You could be watching and taking pictures of the dolphins playing in the Gulf of Mexico from one of my two private balconies in my private corner of paradise. My condo, which is also a home away from home, for me, has had major renovations to kitchen, living room and bedrooms.

In response to concerns raised by a recent tragedy of a family in a rental property in Mexico, I want to assure you my condo is all electric and therefore does not need a carbon monoxide detector. It does have fire and smoke alarms as well as I keep an up to date fire extinguisher under the sink in the kitchen.
Another benefit of the corner location of Condo 503 is the additional living room windows from which to enjoy the many views of the surf and all along the North end of the beach. The extra windows also provide more natural light in the not only to the living room but also for the kitchen and eating areas. I had a screen added to the patio door to give you an opportunity to turn the air conditioner off and enjoy the wonderful tropical breezes. This option also gives you a chance to enjoy the sounds of the waves.
This corner condo provides you a second private balcony for you to enjoy. Unlike the majority of the condos in the building my condo has the laundry and air conditioner closets in the hallway instead of either the guest bedroom or within the living room/dining area providing my guests with a quieter stay and more options of time to do laundry.
If you have usually stayed in hotels, compare not only the prices but the quality, space, and convenience of having a full kitchen for either simple or full course meal preparation> You will not only have free parking, but you have the reserved parking space I purchased directly next to the elevator. My condo itself is far enough from the elevator to not be bothered by elevator noise throughout the day and night.
I take great pride in the cleanliness of my condo. Besides having the painting of the entire condo and professional cleaning of all of the tile, the new renovations includes new upgraded kitchen appliances, a double sink and with a granite countertop as well as a tiled floor in the master bedroom. Custom built in cabinetry was added to the two bedrooms as well as a desk area in the living room. New light fixtures were installed in both bedrooms and safety bars were installed in both bathroom tub/showers. A larger TV was installed in the guest bedroom. The living room sofa and chairs were replaced as well as mattresses and two of the televisions. I am constantly updating and having everything professionally cleaned. I make a point of staying in my condo every few months to evaluate everything and make certain it is up to the standards I expect. My last stay was January 2018.
This building also happens to be the newest beach-side building designed specifically for condos on St. Pete Beach. Unlike many condos along the beach that were motel or hotel rooms that have been converted to condos, this building was designed for condos.
Staying in my condo with a fully equipped kitchen gives you options for meal preparation plus the option of using one of the building's outdoor grills. It is such a relief not to have to go out for every meal and yet if you choose, you will find a wide variety of restaurants within walking distance.
My condo is within walking distance of a large major grocery store, two drugstores, as well as a variety of restaurants and a variety of shopping. You could easily stay here and not rent a car. You could use http://www.freebeachride.com/

Please note my condo rents for a minimum of one week and a maximum of 2 weeks. It rents Saturday to Saturday only with some exceptions thought the year. I rent to a maximum of 4 persons no matter the age, per stay.
I recently replaced all of the balcony chairs. Each balcony is furnished with two chairs, and a side table. The living room balcony has a lounge chair and the balcony is large enough to move the furniture from the second balcony if you need additional seating on the living room balcony. There is a small eating table on each balcony.
The condo has two cordless telephones. There is also a messaging machine so you will not miss any incoming calls while you are out.
Having a washer and dryer is in the condo means you do not have to pack as many clothes or go anywhere else to do your laundry or pay for the use of my washer and dryer. An advantage to my floor plan is my washer and dryer are in a closet in the hallway, and not in the guest room, so running it should not disturb anyone. It can be done while you are at the beach :-) There is an ironing board and iron are in a separate closet in the hallway.
I installed a door for privacy on the guest bedroom which was designed to be just an open room. Many of the condos in the building do not have that door.
There are three HD televisions in the condo with even 3 HBO channels offered on two of the televisions.
One of the big advantages of my vacation home is I purchased reserved parking space, #7, which is not only beneath the building, but directly adjacent to the elevator for convenience.
The condominium association provides free internet access and service throughout your stay.
An on-site office is open daily, with some exceptions, to pick up your key and address any questions or concerns you might have during your stay. Arrangements for keys for late arrivals can be made allowing you to pick up the keys from a lock box on the property.
In another room in the onsite office is a large selection of reading material and games that you may borrow during your stay.
At the pool, there is a large container of beach toys that children may use during their stay.
Beach towels are available in the onsite office. They will require a deposit that is returned when you return the beach towels at the end of your stay.
