We love this property for so many reasons! One of the best experiences 160 Park Ave has to offer is walking 50 steps down to Main Street or a few minutes’ drive to all three ski resorts.

What makes this house unique

Many vacationers think staying at the resorts, maybe even ski in/out, is the best way to go. As a Park City local for over 10 years, I can promise you that staying in Old Town is the place to be. We have 3 ski resorts to enjoy in Park City, 9 ski resorts in the state of Utah and they are all setup for you to drive, park and ski. However, everybody goes into Old Town at night, because that's where all the restaurants, shops and bars are located. You'll laugh at everyone scrambling in their cars trying to find a place to park, as you walk down and back to Main Street from your house.

The Best House in Old Town Park City-Beautiful, comfortable, chic-Walk to Main St. Close to Resorts.

Wow. What a perfect house: Immaculately maintained; Easy check in check out; Great location; Responsive manager; Movie room with tons of choice to watch; Billiard room for the kids; games, puzzles, grill, welcome basket, double height ceiling great room with cozy fireplace; big master suite with fireplace, walk-in closet, jacuzzi tub, huge shower, and office area adjacent. Definitely coming back.

Great property for our stay

My family of 4, plus my parents, stayed here in Fenruary for 4 nights. The house is great!! My children really enjoyed the movie room, we popped popcorn and watched movies every night. Very close to town, we were able to walk into town to go to the many restaurants on Main Street. This is the second property of Bo’s that we have stayed, and next time we are in Park City, we will definitely stay there again!

Great place to enjoy your trip to Park City

This was the first time that we rented a house for a family vacation and it went very well. Location is great as you can be in town on Main Street two minutes after walking out the front door. Heated driveway was very much appreciated when we received 14" of fresh powder one night. Kids loved the pool table and the movie theater. Parents could relax in the living room in the evening with the kids enjoying a movie in the lower level. I would stay here again!
