Our Windjammer II unit DD is one of only eight units in this attractive two-level building and only one of four that overlooks a large swimming pool and deck area. Our unit has two large covered decks that are sunny in the morning and have wonderful afternoon shade. A perfect place for dining and watching the family enjoy the pool. Spacious sunning and eating areas surround the pool area and although this unit is not oceanview, your private walkway to the beach is only a few steps away! One of the newest condos on Ocean Isle Beach is Windjammer II and added to all of the upgrades that we have just completed in 2008, your beach experience will be one of casual luxury!. Our condo is extremely spacious offering almost 2300 heated sq feet plus two large covered porches that overlook the pool and sundeck area.
The kitchen is large and open with a breakfast bar. Completely stocked for all of your needs - utensils, small appliances, plenty of cabinet space. The kitchen, entrance hallway and dining area are newly tiled and the living room and all 6 bedrooms have nice new carpet. The living room area in this condo is very spacious - larger than most of the beach houses! Access to the large first level porch is either through the living room or the dining room and there is plenty of space and chairs for outdoor eating and relaxing. We have provided numerous games and a large 'library' for your reading pleasure.
The master bedroom is on the first level and the second bedroom has a full bath also with it being available also through the hallway near the kitchen. Master bathroom is the only on All six bedrooms are spacious with nice sized closets and storage . The bedding is: 1 KING, 1 QUEEN, 1 QUEEN, 1 QUEEN, 2 DOUBLES, 2 DOUBLES. There is also room for crib set up in many of the bedroom
The second floor level has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Two of the four bedrooms on the second level have a large porch which overlooks the pool and sundeck area. Enjoy relaxing in one of many swivel rocking beach chairs. Three of the 4 bathrooms in this condo have stall showers. Master Bedroom on first floor has a bathtub.

Ocean Isle has tremendous advantages over the Northern Outer Banks beaches. Our beach is wide and gently sloping with no drop offs and our water temperature is warmer.
We (11 people from babies to grandparents) have stayed a number of times at this condo and always enjoy our week. It is well kept--clean when we arrive and well supplied. The owner is responsive and easy to communicate with. Love the 1:00 check-in which beats the rush. Nice decks overlooking the pool which is a good size. Beach is near and not crowded. Miniature golf and ice cream are not too far away.
We have rented this condo several times and have always enjoyed ourselves. We are a family of tweleve including children, spouses and grandchildren.
The condo has ample space for evening gatherings and meals. It is clean, comfortable, quiet and well provisioned.
The beach is a short walk and the pool is just outside the unit. An exterior storage room for beach stuff and bikes is especially useful.
A grocery store, ice cream shop and mini golf are close by and weve found a few restaurants that have become favorites.
The quality and variety of golf courses in the vicinity is amazing. No need to go to Myrtle Beach.

We had a great stay at this condo over memorial day weekend. We had 4 adults and 6 kids. We had TONS of space. Loved the parking and how easy it was to unload. The place was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Balconies were large and we really enjoyed spending time out there. Super easy & quick walk to the beach--even for our small kids. Loved that we could just leave our beach gear right under the unit. Beach is beautiful and fantastic for swimming kiddos. Owner Linda was excellent to deal with. Very responsive & friendly. We will definitely be back!!!
We had 12 adults and three children under age 10 and had a wonderful vacation. Several of us used the pool in the evenings and always at the beach during the day. The spacious condo unit was enough room that nobody got under each others space. Nicely equipped kitchen. The only draw back was the walk to the beach access. You had to go through the parking lot under the beach front units and try not hit any cars with your belongings. Also, it would be nice to have a hose or shower at each condo to wash off last minute sand etc before going up to the unit.
The Uncrowded Alternative, Ocean Isle Beach is uniquely located between the high paced offerings of Myrtle Beach (30 minutes away) and the historic ambiance of the waterfront in Wilmington NC ( 45 minutes away). It is a family oriented beach with very little commercial activity. This is a great place to get away and relax and offers a variety of activities for all ages. There are numerous restaurants within 10 miles. Driving times from Virginia and Northern cities to Ocean Isle is as close as the Outer Banks due to the convenient access and reduced traffic. Approximately 30 miles to our south is Myrtle Beach with its large amusement parks, shopping malls, live shows for all ages, and the Myrtle Beach Pelicans, the professional team which is part of the Atlantic Braves system. Ocean Isle Beach is part of the South Brunswick Islands which in 2000, Money Magazine named as one of the top ten most beautiful beaches and best places to vacation.
Golf: There are 20 golf courses within 10 miles. There are over 100 courses within a 50 minute drive!

A rental agreement will be sent to confirm your reservation. Initial deposit of 50% is required within 15 days of your reservation . Initial deposit must be paid for with personal check or money order. Final payment which is due no more than 30 days prior to your arrival date is payable via personal check. $150 to hold prior to bookings made before mid Jan.
