I'm offering a studio flat in a new complex in Vinohrady. The complex site and further info can be seen by searching Rezidence Riegrovy Sady.
This is a 54m/sq (or 600 sq/ft) 3rd floor studio apartment with a stunning westerly view of the city. From a small private terrace you can watch the sun set nightly over Prague Castle.
There is a washer and dryer in the apartment, a full bathroom, and a queen size Murphy bed that folds into a wardrobe if you want more space to entertain. High speed wireless internet, flat screen TV (Local channels plus HBO, BBC, CNN etc.) DVD player, and iPod dock/player are all included.
The furnishings are modern and high quality. The couch can lay flat and act as full bed to accommodate a visiting friend. The floors are hard wood and the kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove with stainless hood, oven and microwave, fridge, 18 bottle wine cooler, espresso machine, electric kettle and bar/counter that serves as a table/serving area. Secure underground parking can be arranged. There is an elevator and 24hr on site security.

I'm a neat, responsible, and respectful person that enjoys traveling and exploring - I work to travel. Currently I'm working on a project that will keep me rather grounded for the next year or so. So just let me know when you're looking to go to Prague and hopefully my flat will be available for you to enjoy.
Jed Kircher(USA) purchased this studio in 2008
This is my European Pied-à-terre. I fell in love with Prague some 10 plus years ago and have traveled back for months at a time every year. This is an excellent location to explore Prague, the Czech Republic and all of Europe.
I chose the Vinohrady neighborhood and this particular property because of its location. It is walking distance to Prague's most important and interesting locations. A short list would include Riegrovy Sady Park, the main train station, Old Town Square, namesti Miru, many of the city's best restaurants, and the discussion provoking Zizkov TV tower. The property also has a beautiful terrace view of Prague Castle. It is close enough to the center to walk to all the main attractions but removed enough so that you aren't living in an area inundated by tourists and all things tourism. The neighborhood (Vinohrady) is considered one of the best and safest in the city.
From start to finish! What a beautiful place and perfect location. Yes it's the best part of the day coming home. It feels like home with all the space you need and perfect for your ideal visit to Prague!!!
Bath cappuccinos tele with great movies hot water heater great balcony.....best way to wake up and go to bed:) thank you to oksana as well for her beauty in presence and beauty behind the scenes. Jed you are fantastic:) thank you thank you!!! Lovely. Pura vida!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It's a beautiful place with many amenities. The owners' willingness to accommodate us was unmatched. Would definitely recommend a stay here when in Prague.
We stayed here over New Year and really appreciated the high quality of this apartment. It is very homely yet modern and bright at the same time. Everything you need is here and it is spotlessly clean.
Great view over the city and an easy walk to the old town or Wenceslas Square. There are also a number of decent bars in the area and a short walk beyond. The apartment itself is in a quiet spot near a popular hilly park.
Jed and Oksana were really helpful before and during the stay. I would love to come back and highly recommend this rental.
My husband and I stayed at this beautiful apartment during a recent trip to Europe. We arrived at the main train station and had a little bit of trouble getting to the apartment since we could not find a cab that wasn't trying to overcharge us! We decided to make the walk- only a 15 minute walk but uphill with luggage. Oksana was waiting to help us with luggage and let us into the apartment- she was extremely helpful in showing us around and giving us any information we might have needed! Communication from both Jed and Oksana was an A+!
Let me first say that the apartment is much more spacious than the photos on the listing. The terrace took our breath away with the unbelievable views of Prague. The apartment is very well decorated and I appreciated the antique mirrors and furniture around the space. The kitchen was fully functional with everything we could have needed and we used it to cook during our stay. Everything was clean and we loved the double vanity in the bathroom and washer/dryer to do a small load of laundry. The bed was very comfortable as well.
We were able to walk to just about everywhere from the apartment but did take Tram 22 up to Prague Castle and Petrin Hill from Lesser Town (Mala Strana). The walks in Old Town and over the Charles Bridge were beautiful and lovely, even in the cold! We were able to soak in so much of Prague's history throughout our stay and cannot wait to return! Thank you Jed and Oksana for a wonderful stay!!
We stayed at this luxurious studio apartment. The manager treated us with exceptional efficiency and generosity. The apartment is modern and well equipped. There's a stunning view of the downtown from the balcony. Walking distance to most major tourist attractions as well as some excellent restaurants. Appreciated the use of the washer and dryer. Despite proximity to the main train station, it was very quiet.
Having a clean, safe and comfortable place to return to after a day of sightseeing and discovery in a foreign city is so reassuring. This apartment just does that - it is just as described: modern, clean, very safe and comfortable. The only (and truly only) improvements I would suggest are: providing a toaster and new towels. Also, this is the first time in years of renting apartments through VRBO, that payment IN FULL is expected before arrival. Normally, arrival and inspection of facilities is followed by balance of payment, but this is not so here. However, I would not let this be a deterrent because my husband and I were very pleased with the apartment, and would not hesitate to recommend it to others visiting the jewel that is Prague.
