This beautifully decorated, spacious, air conditioned and fully equipped townhome in the gated Village II community on Camelback Mountain is the perfect house for a relaxing get away vacation while being minutes from all the fun and activities active couples or families might want. The home sits near the top of Camelback Mountain on the side of the Camelback/Camelbeach resort. The Camelback Ski Lodge is a 5 minute drive down the mountain from the front door to the parking lot. Mountain are all within a 35 to 45 minute drive from the house.
In winter there is of course Camelback Ski Resort and, for the non-skiers in the family, just a few more minutes down the mountain and they will arrive at the snow tubing park. There are numerous shopping opportunities nearby to include the Crossings Outlet Mall or the American Candle Factory. For those adults who want to try their luck, the Mt. Airy Casino is a short 15 minute drive away.

We love our vacation home. We spend many weekends during the year enjoying the peace and quiet of the area while relaxing in our beautiful, inviting home. During the all seasons we enjoy coming up to ski, swim or just relax and love to invite family and friends to spend the time with us. When we walk in the front door we immediately feel relaxed and time seems to slow down. It is a hard place to leave.
After reviewing dozens of rental properties in the Tannersville area, I selected Tom's property for a short, surprise (Christmas) ski/waterpark getaway with my wife and three young children. We could not have had a more pleasant stay or better experience with the owner(s). My wife was most impressed with not only the cleanliness, the amenities, and the decor, but also commented on the quality of the towels and linens. I guess we were expecting "hotel standard" yet everything was so nicely maintained and of good quality -- the kind you'd expect to find in a friend's home. Very warm. The home itself had more room than our family of 5 needed, but that also gave us the quiet time to enjoy the private, peaceful views of the surrounding mountains. Even tho the home is part of the Villages, once in the door, you feel like you are secluded. Tom provided thorough information and instructions for opening/closing/heating the house (I'm pretty* sure there was at least one mention about keeping the fireplace on at all times! haha!) and Tom was extremely prompt in his communications throughout.
We would highly recommend this home to friends and family and are already planning to come back next year!
This was our second visit to Tom and Pats condo and we love it. I was so happy when I came across the unit while looking for a place to take my children and grandchildren. Everything about it is wonderful. The house is clean, well equipped, and homey, the location is perfect for skiing, tubing, shopping and just good family fun and dealing with Tom is a pleasure. My experience both times could not have better. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
Our family (6 adults & 3 kids) rented for a long winter weekend. Immediately upon opening the door I felt relaxed and happy that we rented this home. The house is GREAT - clean, well kept, well furnished and super comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms had plenty of space and lots of options for a large or multi-family gathering. LOVED that linens and towels were provided. Kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking utensils and appliances were updated and easy to use. The location is convenient to all the Camelback skiing activities, and the community has an indoor pool which came in handy for small children. Best part of the rental, though, was the owner, Tom. He was very easy to work with and super helpful. He was genuinely interested in making sure our family had the best stay possible - and that is something you don't get from a rental agency. We hope to be back again next winter.
The house was clean, well kept . It was like being at home. The owner Tom, was very pleasant to deal with. We had a very enjoyable stay. It was the perfect location for our mini vacation. We want to say thank you to Tom and his wife for making our stay at their townhouse a very pleasant one. We hope to do so again.

My buddies and I went up for a long weekend this past week and had such a blast. The house is clean. Up at the top of the mountain so the views are awesome. The living area is nice and bright. So easy to get to the slopes. The pictures do not do this house justice. Tom was so accommodating and easy to work with. The house is so cozy with the fire place and the kitchen is really well stocked. Absolutely no complaints. Thanks Tom!
It was more than what we have expected. It was clean and big enough for three families.
Community had nice pool and indoor tennis courts. All children liked this place.
