This stunning property is located in the fabulous Maple Leaf Square (MLS) complex conveniently located next to the Air Canada Centre (home of the Maple Leafs and Toronto Raptors). An enclosed bridge connects MLS to Air Canada Centre, Union Station and the underground Path system. With the fabulous Longo's grocery store in the building, you have everything you need at you door step.
Stay in the heart of the city steps away from the Entertainment district, Financial district, Harbourfront and Union Station. Get to the Subway, VIA Rail, Go Trains & Busses in minutes and the Island Airport is also just minutes away. Walk to a show in the Entertainment District or take the subway uptown. We do have parking available but you may not need a car to see Toronto.
With over 1000 sq. ft. of open concept and exquisitely decorated space, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite is one of the largest units available in the building.
The suite has 9'-0' high floor to ceiling windows in all rooms with spectacular panoramic views of the city and the lakefront. Two full bathrooms with high end marble and granite finishes. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need and stainless steel appliances.
Both bedrooms include high end linens and black out curtains for those who like to sleep in. Not always easy in a glass tower.
We are located in the North Tower close to the amenities and entrance. The suite is in the North/ East Corner of the building with unobstructed views. Because of this orientation the sun does not affect the climate and comfort of the living space as it may in other units that face the sun on the south and west.
ALL THE IN-SUITE AMENITIES YOU WILL NEED ARE INCLUDED TOO...HIGH speed internet, in-suite laundry, digital HDTV with Bose sound system and free local and long distance phone calls (Canada & USA).
Attention coffee lovers: We now have a Nespresso machine and Aeroccino milk frother. Make your own perfect espressos, cappuccino or specialty coffee of your choice. Bring your own capsules or purchase a sleeve at the near by Bay store.

The location is the best in Toronto. You are steps away from Union Station, sports venues such as the hockey arena (Air Canada Centre) and the baseball dome (Rogers Centre). The CN tower is a short walk away and visible from the pool deck. The entertainment district offers live theatre, concert halls and some of the best restaurants Toronto has to offer. The harbourfront is a 5 minute walk from the building.
Walk to everything. You have the city and the harbourfront at your door step.
This apartment was fantastic, from the facilities within the block (a pool/jacuzzi/gym for resident use, fantastic supermarket in the basement etc) to the facilities in the apartment itself (2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, telephone, excellent wifi).
We stayed over the Christmas period and the only problem we had was that there was only one key. We were two couples (myself and my husband, and my parents) and didn't always want to be out/in at the same time....

We were in town for the WJC, couldn't have had a better location.Russ was very professional and organized, very easy to deal with, they even have a binder full of info about the condo and how things work,Condo was very clean,and the view was amazing,
Perfect location for our hockey game and train station/subway! Walkable to our favorite restaurant of the trip (Pai) and the CN tower :) LOVED this flat.
From the first moment we walked in we were in love with this place! What an amazing view!

The condo was fantastic, had everything we needed, place was immaculate, and central to everything, views from the balcony were amazing, Russ was very helpful and the concierge at the condos very brilliant, printing off our hockey tickets for us, kids had a great time in the pool and the hot tub was well used too, gym looks great although wensisint use it (walked enough ) all in all BEST PLACE TO STAY for a Toronto visit xx thank you

We had an excellent stay here. Very easy to get to from Pearson on the UP Express.
Wonderful location with the convenience of a grocery store and LCBO within the complex.
We would definitely return.
