This beautiful (3 BEDROOM ~ 3 FULL BATH) , third floor condo that (SLEEPS 8) will not disappoint you - It is an end unit with gorgeous, unobstructed views - You can enjoy the sunrise and the sunset from this condo - You'll have ocean front views with across the street prices! (ELEVATOR).

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Being (ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE OCEAN), and just (1.5 BLOCKS FROM CENTER STREET), with all the cozy shops and restaurants. There is no need to drive anywhere, except the 15 min drive to the city of Charleston!

This condo is very well equipped with heat and air conditioning. Kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and garbage disposal.

There is more than enough seating throughout the home, including a dining table that sits 6 and 4 bar stools around the kitchen bar - Master Suite opens up into the open air porch with a (GARDEN TUB) in the bathroom. There are ceiling fans throughout the home.

Living area has a wonderful (PORCH WITH AN ATTACHED OPEN AIR SOUTHERN WRAP BALCONY) with outdoor chairs, all facing the ocean with unobstructed views - This home has two covered parking space and then there is an open lot that can accommodate more (first come first serve) Otherwise there is parking in the streets - FOR THE PRICE YOU REALLY CAN'T BEAT IT!!

Great Base to Explore Charleston

My wife and I organized a road trip down to Charleston S.C with two other couples in October, 2016. Luckily, Hurricane Matthew stayed just far enough offshore to inflict only minimal damage in this area. Our condo is right on the coast so we lucked out as the storm blew thru 10 days prior to our stay. I may reconsider purchasing trip insurance to guard against this type of thing if we ever come back during the season. The condo was just across a quiet service road from the beach area. In was a little cooler than we hoped for hanging around the beach but we were here to sight see so no problem. The condo is a three bedroom setup with a separate full bath for each bedroom. The condo had a very nice deck which we enjoyed every day. I did not rate this property at the 5 star level as I felt it could have been much cleaner, especially the kitchen floor. The fully stocked kitchen was handy for cooking a breakfast before heading out to see the area each day. There are several nice dining options within an easy walk for our group. Overall, I would recommend this property to others looking to visit this area.

A Pleasant Stay

We picked this unit for the view and we were not disappointed! Vacationed for 4 nights with our Son and Daughter-in-law and after sightseeing all day we were welcomed home each time by our wonderful ocean view. We also spent many mornings drinking coffee on the patio! The elevator was hit or miss but otherwise a lovely vacation home.

Great Property, lOved the location!

This condo was fantastic! 2 seconds to the beach and looked out over the ocean. A two minute walk to Center street and we loved the distance to Loggerheads - which became our favorite night spot with live music, great food and friendly staff. The property managers were excellent - woke up one morning to maintenance on our patio and they took care of it right away. The accommodations were perfect - very comfy bed and a well stocked kitchen! We will be back!!

Beautiful

The condo was beautiful. Very welcoming and comfortable. I promise, you will love the bedding! The owners have done a fantastic job in making the stay comfortable and easy. Everything you need is provided! Would suggest bringing a couple extra light bulbs and at least one dish cloth though. These are not provided and a couple lamps would not work due to light bulbs blown. Parking is difficult if more than one vehicle is with your party. Lot always full. The management company is less to be desired. The first thing we had to do was unload a dishwasher full of dishes. They have signs posted everywhere (bathroom mirrors even) reminding you of all the extra charges that will be inflicted on you if you forget to do something. Leave any garbage $50.00, miss collecting and bagging any linen $10.00, forget to start the dishwasher $10.00, floors " to dirty" extra charge, leave any food in fridge $10.00, etc. It was very annoying. One or two postings would be sufficient. The early evening before we were to depart two huge bags of clean linen and towels were left right outside our door to step over. Again, very annoying. If it were not for property managers I would give this 5+ stars.
