It sits on 120 feet of waterfront on a turning basin, looking down a canal that leads to either the Everglades Nation Park or to the beautiful underwater reefs of Key Largo. Watch the manatees or fish from the back porch.
Amenities: The 2100 square foot, concrete home has an open floor plan. Both bathrooms and kitchen were completely renovated in 2012. The Kitchen has granite counter tops, wine rack, kitchenAid ice maker and stainless steel appliances, . A Heated in ground pool and spa with a water fall was added in 2005.
Activities & Area: The master bedroom has a king-size bed, 2nd bedroom has a king bed and the third bedroom has two double beds. There is also a fold-out sleeper in the den with private bath. Sleeps up to eight, two two man kayaks, barbecue grill, laundry facilities, boat rentals available, many dive shops, and sport fishing charters are within minutes. Dockage available for up to a 37 foot boat in the back yard. Plenty of off street parking. High speed Wireless for your laptop.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants, shops, John Pennecamp Park and the Dolphin Research Center. New public tennis courts and pool nearby. Just over an hour drive south of Miami and South Beach, and only two hours north of Key West.

This is a great property in an excellent location, the pool was wonderful and the home owner was responsive to any needs or questions that we had. Including dining recommendations. The only thing I would change for next time is the length of stay. Wish it could have been longer. Thank you for allowing us into your own little slice of heaven.
This owner has a new property across the road from his waterfront property. The lower level has two bedrooms, 2 baths and a large kitchen dining living space. The washer dryer is part of the building, in a room off the car port. There is a flat screen TV in each of the bedrooms as well as the family area including WiFi. The backyard is a nice quiet area to relax in as well as use the large grill. The owner let us use the pool area of his waterfront property when there were no rental guests, and he made the kayaks available to us which we enjoyed taking out around the canals and out to the ocean a number of times.
We rented the lower level, but we did tour the upstairs 3 bedroom, condo, which is quite large and well appointed. A grill is available for those guests off the balcony.
Pennykamp Coral Reef State Park is almost directly across A1A, on the Overseas Highway. The owner allowed us to bring our small 13 lb. dog, which is always a critical deciding factor when we choose a vacation rental. Since we were the first family to rent this brand new condo, there were a few things that needed attention. Terry could not have been more responsive in getting back to us and having someone out very quickly to take care of those things.
We loved giving the manatees fresh water from the hose at the side of the dock. We have great videos and it was one of the highlights of our month long stay in Key Largo.
Very well equipped vacation rental on a canal that leads direct to the gulf and Atlantic. The home is in a nice neighborhood and very close to shopping and restaurants. The pool and hot tub were great. We had a boat that we were able to moor in the canal behind the house, very handy. Terry the owner was nice to deal with. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice rental.
We had a wonderful time staying in the house for six nights. There was quite alot of wild life right outside at the boat dock. Saw a crocadile, manatee and egrets. Even saw an eagle swoop down and catch a fish. We would definitely stay here again.
