This means you can place your trash bins outside of your apartment between the hours of 6pm and 9pm and have it picked up for you. Valet Trash pIck-up occurs everyday except Friday's and Saturdays. Trash bins should be returned back inside by 9am the following day. If trash is left outside of these hours, there will be an $75 association fee. Book with Caution

The property looked like the photos online and the host was very good at communicating. Why I say book with caution is the “bed” is absolutely horrendous. It is like sleeping on rock it is so hard. We had to cancel the rest of our reservation from 4 nights to 1 night because both myself and significant other woke up in pain the bed was so uncomfortable. We also lost money with all the booking fees and taxes that were not “refundable”. The customer service was not able to help at all. Overall horrible experience and really disappointed.
