This unique 5 bedroom condominium consists of linked 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom condominiums, so there are dual kitchens, fireplaces, dining and living rooms. There are a total of 5 TVs and 2 DVDs. One side has dining for 6 guests and the other has dining for 5 plus 4 counter stools. Bed configurations include: two kings, two twin/twin rooms, a twin bunk room and a sofa-sleeper. Park Station amenities include free wi-fi, coin-op laundry facility, outdoor parking, outdoor heated pool and hot tub in winter/summer, and an indoor hot tub and sauna for winter use. Moderate rating.
This property is quite unique. 2 adjoining units which link through the bunk-room of one apartment. It was ideal for us as we were 2 families looking to holiday together and share accommodation. It meant that rather than just having each family stay separately we could mix it up and put the teenage boys together in 1 room and the teenage girls together in another and it gave us the use of 2 lounges and 2 kitchens. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable and clean though they are clearly old and have had heavy usage over the years.This is hardly surprising given their ideal location only steps away from the town lift and main street. If you want the convenience of staying (almost) on the snow and yet having access to all the wonderful restaurants of the old town then this is the perfect place. I was more than happy to trade a flashier more modern apartment for the space, for the convenience and for a reasonable price. I'd happily stay here again.
